The store manager has a horrible attitude and customer service. We were missing an item. (I think I may be the person the prior review refers to.) We noticed before even pulling away from the store. We immediately pull in through the drive thru again and let them know at the speaker box. We were ignored. We pull up to the first window the cashier tells us to pull up to second window. There was the store manager and another employee. She insisted she remembered the order and there are two boxes in our bag. We agree, yes one box for a sandwich and one box for the 10 piece chicken nuggets (and the spicy chicken nuggets are in a baggie) but we’re missing another order of 6 piece chicken nuggets. They begin speaking Spanish to each other... and so do I. You are not about to speak another language in front of my husband (he was in the drivers seat) thinking he doesn’t understand. I spoke Spanish to them from the passenger side of the car. Once they saw I spoke Spanish they switched back to English. She said if we want another order we have to pay. But we did pay for the item and were missing it. She asks for me to pass the two bags back to her through the drive thru window (are you serious?) I tell her I’d be coming inside. As soon as I go in with my two bags she riffles through one... and realizes our order of 6 piece chicken nuggets was never put in our bag and they are still sitting at the prep table. She doesn’t say one word to me. Just puts the nuggets in my bag and walks away. An apology would have been great. People make mistakes and this mistake was very easy to fix. But I guess the $2.39 for the chicken nuggets gets taken from her pay check? I’ve had a problem with the same manager but nothing as chaotic as her horrific attitude on 2/20/21. Also our order was wrong we ordered TWO 6 piece spicy chicken nuggets and the cashier rung up one spicy and one regular. Do better. While she was at the register she left the register to go in the back to tell empolye to give a small cup of water to the people at the drive thru when the person comes. Mind you i speak Spanish ,she didn't even know I heard her conversation .Which was very rude of her to walk off when we was in middle of a conversation about my order . Read moreMost beautiful McDonalds I have EVER been to. The place is classy and artistic. The workers here, I can't begin to describe. 100x better than the ones at other places. So nice and responsible, I have never once gotten an order wrong, even when it comes to the smallest thing, like no ketchup. The Sierra girl is the best of them all, though they are all amazing. But the two things that set this McDonalds apart from the others is not the TWO soda touch screen machines, but the fact that you can order using a MACHINE (tap out your order), and you get SERVED. I'm serious. They bring your perfectly prepared order to your table. No need to stand and wait. 10/10. If you are ever in the area, go straight here....
