Went to pick up a online order. I order the online deal two chick king for $11. When I got there they told me they didn’t receive any online order so then I show them the receipt. They then told us they were out of the chick king and ask us to switch for something else so I switch to two whoppers. When I got my meal the two medium fries that I got in the bag were very little like if you pour it together it makes it one medium fry and they were cold and they really told us at the drive thru they were fresh fries that came out the fryer. The two whoppers tasted cold and disgusting. The two drinks were 75% ice and 25% coke and sprite. And this is not the first time. Another time they told us they were out of chick king because they were making a lot of sales which is fine and ask if we want to change it to something else or come back next day.So we told them we’ll come the next day. That night my bank send me an notification that they took my payment. And the fact they didn’t tell me their system already took our payment was ridiculous and I had to make a phone call to them that night and they actually explain. So I went back the next day and they told us again they were out of the chick kings again and I told them if I could get an cash refund back, that lady started having an attitude and told me the system doesn’t give refund back and that they don’t receive the money we pay online the previous day. Worst experience every. At least McDonald refund the money back in cash when we order something online and they ran out...
Read moreAt the time my husband and I went here the service sucked. As I was giving my order the drive through order taker kept talking and interrupting the cashier. The drive-thru lady looked at me and then looked back at the cashier and just kept talking to her. The cashier did apologize to me for it. I understand people have questions and they may be new, but it's another thing when it comes to customer service even in fast food. The dining room was a complete wreck! Every single day will out. There was dirty and had sticky residue all over him. A lot of their soda was out at the soda machine, nothing was stocked. And the manager that was on duty just stood there and did nothing. She would walk to the back and then turn around and walk right back up to the front. Look around for a minute. Then walk right back to the back. When an employee did come out to the floor. They did not wipe down any counters. They did not wipe down any tables. All they did was stock the lids for medium sized cups and then right back behind the counter. Several employees were also just standing around waiting on the next order, it was very slow and there was only a total of 3 including the drive-thru customers. Do better and get better leadership, your team is only as good as the person that is supposed to...

The teenagers that were running drive through were smiling and everything came quickly and was so hot we had to wait a few for it to cool. Which, I don't mind at all. The second time, it seemed like it was all cranky old people in the drive. Rude order taker, rude at the window, burger wasn't even cooked thoroughly. I ordered cheese tots and he ordered mozzarella sticks. Got 2 orders of very cold mozzarella sticks. Nuggets were cold. Paid extra for sauce and never got it. Drinks were horrible. I worked bk in our town for 14 years. I would've never put up with my crew acting that way. Seems the teenagers here are working harder than the cranky old people. I dont think we will be going to this location again. Will take our money to Cracker Barell...
