Starbucks — Restaurant in Gas City

The girl that took our order was amazing and patient, but when I kindly asked the barista to add something to my drink she reacted very snappy and mean. I didn’t see the name tag but she had really short brown hair. Very rude and very upsetting difference today when I went in. I’m a past partner at a different store and it was just really sad to see someone treat customers with such disrespect. On top of the way she treated customers, she kept using her headset inappropriately and mocking customers to other employees. Really unprofessional! The partner on the front register though deserves a gold star for being the only professional one in the establishment today. I do not go to Starbucks often but I am given gift cards for birthdays. I was on my way home from the Indy area and decided to stop. There is a particular drink I have had before. I went through the drive thru and told the person running the drive thru that I dont go there often and needed help. I described the drink and she was very nice and told me what it was. She asked me the size and I replied that I wanted a tall. When I went to the window a woman came to the window and asked me again to describe the drink just so they made sure it is what I wanted. Turns out it is a mocha frappe. Not only did they make exactly what I wanted but they gave me a grande cause I was so nice. It made my day! I drink Starbucks more than I’d like to admit but I’ve never run into this issue. I don’t go to the gas city location often but that’s where I went today. I requested cinnamon dolce syrup on the top of my drink as I always do. I received the drink and noticed that there wasn’t any on there. (I just got the same drink yesterday at the angola location) I was informed the syrup was clear but it was on there. Called the store and was told the same thing. I’m not sure if stores varies as far as color of syrups go. It’s only 50 cents that’s not a big deal.
