Where do I begin? Oh I know, this Taco Bell is a JOKE! There are NOT enough CHARACTERS for me to explain to you how terrible it is. I have attempted to eat here 4 times now after work.
I have always arrived around 12:20 when the place closes at 1 through the week. Each visit I have been turned away for something different OR I've been completely ignored.
Speaking of ignored, that was in fact my first visit. So I pulled up to the sorry excuse of a dinning establishment and through the windows of the dinning room see around 4 employees sitting near and on the counter. I pull around to the window WHERE I SIT for over 5 minuets and NOTHING happens. I pull around to the front again to see them all having a grand old time laughing and staring at me.
I promptly leave and wait several months in between before going back. Obviously thinking that new people would be working there by then....Well even if i was right, not a damn difference was made.
So, I go back some months later and pull up to the window, where to my surprise I am spoken too BUT I was not greeted or asked what I wanted.
Nope!
The first words through their box of disappointment was "we be out of beef and chicken"
I asked what was available and was met with the retort "nut'in bruh"
Again I leave after asking why they are even open and again greeted with a stupid response 'cause my boss said we has to be" but did I learn my lesson? NOPE I wait several weeks and return again one night after work.
Hungry and Hopeful......
So I arrive around 12:20 per usual and I pull up to the window......"Sorry Sir we be closed...I calmly leave and don't return until this very night.
It has been nearly a year now since I last tried. I pulled up tonight 12:20 on the dot and every SINGLE employee is sitting outside smoking. NO ONE is in the building.
I am officially done with this location. The employees including management are worthless. I hope this Taco Bell goes under.
Yes, I am aware of how petty this seems. No, I don't care. Taco Bell is for late night munching. If the Taco Bell is not open and functioning after 10 they...
Read moreTerrible and slow service. Called ahead to see if certain promo item was on menu and was told it wasn't, only to find out it definitely was when I drove by a few minutes later. Employees were too busy talking and standing around in the back to actually be bothered to make our food in a quick and timely manner. They literally waited 5 minutes before they started making my order and it was the only order in the store and the drive thru that needed to be made at that time. y once my order was made and given to me, I asked the young man that handed me the food why I was told when I called that they didn't offer loaded nacho tacos when they obviously did (its even promoted on the marquee outside). He told me that he didn't know why and would have to go ask someone else and started to walk toward the girls that stood around talking for five minutes before starting to make my food. At that point, I didn't feel that I would be given any real answer at all and that blame would be place on someone else or given a general I don't know. Once I brought the food outside to my children, I opened up the shredded chicken mini quesadillas we ordered and it was the most scant attempt at making any sort of food item I've ever seen. It looked as if a tablespoon sized amount of sauce had been literly thrown on the tortilla shell, a few singular shreds of cheese (that weren't even melted) pinched onto the very top and hanging out of the edge, with one singular chunk of shredded chicken in the middle. Every single mini quesadilla I ordered was made like that. And not only were the quesadillas cold, all of the loaded nacho tacos we ordered were cold as well. I have never been left in such dismay at any overall dining experience in my...
Read moreThe staff was shorthanded and the order took a long time. The manager was apologetic and sincere and they were all working very hard. There was no fault in the job they were doing preparing the food. The problem was NOT that it took a long time to get my two items. The problem was that car after car made it through the drive-thru without anybody up front being served. I understand that they are timed with their drive-through orders, but the sequencing is not fair. This is an industry trend that needs to go away. At one point, five groups of people were in the dining room waiting for their food, and a car pulled up to the speaker of the drive-thru. That car got their order before any of us. I go inside simply because it's easier to do special orders on the kiosk than it is to try and explain things over the speaker. So, for those of us in the dining room, we placed our own orders, without tying up the time of one of the employees. Then we paid for it with half hour long waits. Just because I'm not in the drive-thru does not mean I don't value my time, and the industry needs to stop treating it that way. I'm positive the employees at this location were following direction from management to do it the way they were doing it, but this has to stop. Not just this location or even just Taco Bell, but that...
