We went through the drive up sat there for 25 min . We ordered two shakes for my husband and my son. And I asked what do you have that's DAIRY FREE. The girl said the sherbets are dairy free. And I thought to myself no I think they have dairy in them. As being a person that can't have it . But I ordered orange sherbet in a cone. Finally got them. And I took one lick and it tasted like ice cream does. So I immediately got on my phone googled it and sure enough it does contain non fat milk and cream. Sophie's needs to educate there employees better for people that have dietary concerns. I had to go r it to my husband to eat and he ate his milke shake later. And I got nothing. I'm very disappointed that s place that has so many ice cream flavors can't have something that is dairy free. Spent 15 bucks for two shakes and a cone that I couldn't eat. But my other family members got to...

We had our dog with us, and they made a pup cup for him, which included two dog biscuits!

The only negative thing I would mention is that some of the ladies working seemed very preoccupied with some of the customers in the outdoor seating. It may have been they were in a relationship, or one or both of them were trying to get into a relationship. That doesn’t bother me until it affects the service that the other customers receive. I thought it reached that level.
Overall my family had a good experience, and will probably return when we’re...

The staff, which seemed to be a group of teenage girls, spent more time gossiping among themselves than attending to the customers. It was honestly a bit off-putting as they were loud and distracted, and I had to repeat my order several times just to get it right. It felt like they weren’t paying attention, and the energy was more focused on their conversations than on providing good service. While I appreciate the youthful vibe, it would be great if the staff could be a bit more professional when it comes to taking orders and engaging with customers. I hope this is just a one-off experience, but I’d suggest a bit more focus on customer...
