Dynasty Buffet — Restaurant in Gastonia

I ate here a few times because of the price and location. My husband had already ditched this place due to their dirty bathroom and consultant COLD FOOD! I come with my kids without him and didn't have a problem with customer service, by a few Asian ladies. I never fail to tip. I am a familiar face to these people and I often come 3 times in a week due to my busy schedule. On April10, 2017, I picked the back area to the left, because that was the only area available with sockets for my son's tablet, otherwise, I am seated in the public area. This day, they will lose my business over a sweet tea incident, and a lack of communication skills, and their professionalism unenthusiastic staffs they hired. (Children) often drink their parent's drink. What children doesn't? My drink WAS NOT REFILED. I had to ask numerous times to a Hispanic waitress to fill it up. She practically ignores us. When she came our way, I finally asked her. She told me that she will charge me for another drink because more than one person drank it to. The children only take a zip here and there! At this point, I had already sat there waiting for my drink over 15 minutes and had no idea, this was the case. I asked for a manager and this Asian man came in with his sorry greedy policy and his reasons and excuses for his staffs. The main purposes that his waitress lack communicate, fail to informed the customers, who is in fact giving them their business. Since I was isolated to the back, they effortly succeeded to not served my family. Again, the Food remain cold and their customer service is now unacceptable the way they treated our family and kids over a drink. Imagine, sitting there waiting for your drink. No one to come and give you reasons why your drink will not be refill. Based on my experience at the Cheesecake Factory, an upscale restaurant, the waitress and waiters never fail to redo our orders or even accommodate our drinks. That's customer service. The problem is, they never address the drink policy until I was secluded and isolated in the back. I WILL NEVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE MY BUSINESS AGAIN! My, the food is always cold. Food: Disgusting and obviously not cooked all the way. The chickens I ate were definitely not cooked to where they're supposed to be. Also, some of the fried chicken appeared SUPER PROCESSED. 4 times eating here is enough!! I'm not impressed by this place at all!! it also bloated me 3 times and made me throw up one time!! I didn't eat much the 4th time and it still bloated me and hurt the hell out of my stomach!! China King is way better!!

Service: Considering they serve undercooked food a say 'enjoy', that is sketchy enough even if they are trying their best not to reveal their cards.

Atmosphere: An an energy feeler, I can feel energies and I'm very hypersensitive and subconsciously aware.This place gives me HEEBIE JEEBIES when it comes to energy It's in the workers' demeanors. I feel the same 'pit in my stomach' feel here that I feel when dealing with my narcissist. It's not nice to feel that while you're eating. And I know the feeling are real, because I can come to Golden Corral and feel relaxed and calm. I felt on edge all 4 times I went to Dynasty Buffet. The energy is depressing and negative. It makes me want to leave ASAP. Not everyone can feel this energetic feel I can feel so I'm just throwing this out there.

Overall: DUH it's awful and the workers have obviously set out on a mission to make us Americans sick! Go to China King and save your stomach from being heavily bloated! Really doesn't matter how...

Food was good. I was "pigging" (I ate at all of the food from the sushi bar, grill, dessert, soup etc.) I was about to explode after. lol They only thing missing that I liked so much was the fried banana. Hopefully the next time I'll be back. It will be available. Update: I have been to this buffet more than 10 times. The food has always been great. What I didn't like the last time I visited was the nasty stuff that was still on the plate that was supposedly been washed. I don't think I want to go back there anymore. That was just disgusting. It made me think about all their other utensils if they have been sterilized and been washed properly. For a restaurant that is popular you should check your stuff if they are thoroughly cleaned. You are suppose to take care of your customers well. That was just disgusting to think. The thing that was on the plate looked like bits puke it was "whitish" or it could be from the crab meat but the fact that it was still on the "supposedly" clean is gross. I just cannot get it off my mind now. Please whoever is the owner and manager, make sure you check your employees. Check your utensils and plates if they are really clean before you put it out for the people to use. Make sure the silverwares are sterilized.
