I would give them 0 stars if I could!! Absolute terrible service!! I ordered online before I left my house ,so they had plenty of time to get my order ready. I probably received my order maybe 10 minutes after I got thereā¦Which is great but over half of my order was wrong/ missing. Since I didnāt receive half of the items I payed for ( 4 hash browns, a cookie tote, and a small caramel frap.) ,and Iām not the kind of person to complain about itā¦I decided to just reorder some of the items I missed. After I ordered I waited around 30 to 35 minutes for my small order and still never received it. While waiting the woman who brought out our first order looked over at us to make sure we were still here. We assumed she saw our other order which is why we waited longer⦠after waiting maybe 20 minutes in I called them three times. No answer. So I then started contemplating if I should just leave or wait. I decided to just pull into the drive thru and explain the situation. The woman had an attitude and told me to pull up to the second window and discuss it with the manager. I got to the second window and the manger immediately told me no one brought out an online order. While she was doing that all the ladyās were in the back laughing about how I was ālyingā and none of them gave me food. I then describe the woman that brought out my food. When I did that she called the lady up. The lady completely denied giving me my food until I showed her that I had the food she gave me and brought up the fact that she was scared of my dog that was with me. She saw my dog in the back and then said she did give me the food. After finally agreeing she brought that out to me I explained what I was missing. She then literally recited my order out to me saying that she had giving it all to me and that the hash browns and cookie tote wasnāt on my order. If she āneverā gave me my order howād she Remember it all??? I finally told them I would just like my things since Iām late for work. With an attitude and eye roll they told me to pull forward. I waited around 8 minutes before the lady came out and said āWhat did you not get again?ā To which I then told her again ,and she went back inside. She denied giving me my food, so I showed them I had 2 orders on my phone McDonaldās app and brought up the fact that she was scared of my dog so she came to my window instead of passenger side, then she finally said she did give me the food. They both said my order didnāt come up on the screen, BUT she recited my order back to me! Finally with an attitude, chuckle and eye roll they told me to pull forward. I waited 8 minutes before the lady came out and asked what I didnt get again? After another 5 mins I got the rest of my ORIGINAL order, minus the correct frappe. We have two McDonald's in town but this is the one I give three stars to. The other only gets one star. That makes this one the best one in town I'm rating them the full three stars because they usually get my order right and when it isn't right, they fix it with a somewhat congenial attitude. In other words, they aren't crappie about it. USUALLY. I do however, leave you with a warning: If it's busy and you order a Frappe, you are likely to be told that their Frappe machine is down for cleaning or out of working order completely. Usually, they say they have taken it down for cleaning. This excuse is most often heard late at night. The thing is, I confronted the manager about the issue (after the fifth time it happened)and he made my Frappe. He went on to explain that the Frappe machine self cleans periodically but is only down for fifteen to twenty minutes at a time. Oh, and if you spend the extra fifty cents for extra Carmel in your Frappe, you may be disappointed as they are sometimes stingy with the Caramel and may not fill your cup with Frappe. Normally I wouldn't e so picky but the large is only slightly bigger than a medium but it does cost more. I really like getting what I pay for. Doesn't everyone though? All that said, this McDonald's is hands down, the best Mcdonalds in town. I would say nintey percent of my visits are a satisfactory experience and I get what I expect...
