I would like to give less than 1 star! Husband & I got there 4pm. yesterday (7-28-20) One couple was finishing up their meal in dining area, that was the only customers in dining area when we arrived. We ordered, received our drinks and waited, waited, waited. A party of seven came in next to us and they received their appetizers and meals before us ( I over heard this party of seven placing their order with their waitress). Our waitress said, "still waiting for the chicken". We waited, waited, waited by now it's almost 5pm. Asked for manager and explained our situation. He told us that the kitchen has 27 orders that was ordered, I guess via phone, and they take orders as they come. So does that mean we have to wait for 27 orders to be filled before we get ours. If that's the case why did the party of seven get theirs before us when we were there before them!!!!!!! Think Buffalo Wild Wings need to hire more cooks & watresses. We told him we would pay for our drinks and we couldn't wait any longer. The dining area only had one couple at another table. As we were getting into our car, some woman can to the patio opening holding two plates screaming, "want your meals"! She probably picked up someone elses meals too. Thought that was a very unprofessional way of doing business. Needless to say, we...
Read moreThe food was good. But was truly un happy with 2 things. 1. It's was freeing in there!! It was an 90 degree day. But the inside felt like a freezer. Way too cold to even think about trying to enjoy a meal. We were not the only table to say anything either. I heard 2 other tables tell their server and the host that it was too cold. 2. Our waitress was Terrible. She was rude and dident offer drink re fills. I had to get her attion several times in order to get a refill. When I ask y it was so could she was so so rude! I had my 2 kids and fieance with me. For her to act like she did in front of kids was completely uncalled for. I'm writing this writing this review a couple weeks after our visit. As we were in town tonight looking for a place to have dinner. My fiance suggested we go to Buffalo wild wings and I immediately told him no. I told him after the experience we had last time I would not go. I was not about to risk my evening. I wanted to enjoy my night out and not have to sit in the freezing cold with a rude waitress. I just moved to the area and was happy a bws was close by bc where I was before we dident have one and it just so happens bws is my favorite place to eat and have drinks. Was extremely...
Read moreAfter several terrible experiences a few years ago at this establishment, my husband I decided to try it again over the weekend. BIG MISTAKE. We both ordered traditional wings. My husbands were so saturated in sauce he could barely pick them up, and my wings were covered in so much lemon pepper dry rub my lips and tongue puckered! I asked for a refill on my soda, and when I went to take a drink it was the wrong flavor. Understandable mistake, except when she brought the correct flavor, her excuse was she worked with a bunch of bullies that change the taps on her because she doesn't memorize where each flavor is. HUH? Who has time for that? And then, upon receiving our bill, I wrote my rewards phone number on my receipt and exchanged some points for our appetizer. When we got our change back, I inquired as to why the appetizer hasn't been taken off our bill because I had claimed it as a reward. The servers excuse was that she didn't put in my number because she didn't wear her glasses that day and she's blind as a bat and didn't see it written in big black numbers across the top. Needless to say, our server had more excuses for everything incorrect than customers in the store. We definitely...
