3/3/24 I stopped to pick up chocolate chip ice cream. There were 2 people in front of me. 8 WORKERS!!! But only ONE girl working up front. The other 7 employees worked the drive thru or just stood around doing NOTHING!! The young girl working upfront did not seem to know what she was doing. After standing in line for almost 10 minutes I got PISSED OFF AND LEFT!! I should have known better to try them again but my niece bought me a gift card so I need to use it. HOW CAN A BUSINESS OPERATE THIS WAY?? WHOSE IN CHARGE? WHY WEREN'T 2 EMPLOYEES WORKING UPFRONT?? WHY DOES IT TAKE 7 EMPLOYEES WORKING THE DRIVE THRU?? If I could do zeto stars I most certaily would! It took them 13 min to make a coffee and munchkins. My son was late for school. The cashier Melody was extremely put out when I asked a question about the Machiato my son ordered and gave me a snotty answer! Then the just plop the coffee down and dont tell me its mine so im just standing there. Its unmarked so I thought it was the guy behind me drink. When I asked if it was mine they again had an attitude. The lady after me is sifting through the different bags because she has no clue whats hers either. No good morning when I come in and say it to her..no thank you come again..not a smile from either one of the front cashiers. NOT a way to start your day!!! If you dont like working there then get a job where your not ruining other peoples day with your bad attitude!!! I will NEVER go in...
