Hardee’s — Restaurant in Geneva

Spent 25 minutes in the drive thru and finally at the pick up window waited an additional 5 minutes for "anyone" to at least be professional enough to let us know something! Finally, the manager came to the window and asked what our order was. With our order confirmed, she began to retrieve our drunks. " we are out of coke, so one of you has cherry coke, and one of you has a coke but our 3rd drink will have to be something different or wait until I can replace the old coke with a new tank"! Well, I'll just get Dr. Pepper I guess. I've only been here for 30 minutes! At the drive thru! Drinks given and food after. Warm! Not fresh off the "grill" but warm. Kinda. This Hardees was very low staffed and no customer service training to be seen. The 2 waiting at the counter for their order was there just as long as we were when we arrived and standing at the counter when we finally drove off, $37 poorer. Definatly unsatisfied with the Geneva...

The employees are rude; the food is disgusting and will give you food poisoning or make you vomit (sometimes even being as bad as putting you in the hospital!) And forget trying to work there!😤😡 They'll hire you, constantly change your schedule without calling to notify you, keep you for approximately 2 weeks - 90 days, then FIRE YOU WITHOUT NOTICE and when you go to file a complaint with the corperate office and file for your taxes, they'll claim that "You never worked there!" And all evidence of your employment with them will have been ERASED and literally the ONLY THING THE IRS WILL BE ABLE TO PULL UP ON YOU BEING THERE IS YOUR SS#!!! They've done this to many people many times so that they wouldn't have to pay them benefits of any kind. Even their General Manager (who's been there 20 years give or take) hasn't seen her pay go above MINIMUM WAGE EVER!!! She doesn't even get benefits from...

I won't be surprised when this place closes. I ordered a 10 piece strip with a small fry and a small coleslaw. The slaw was priced $1.59 on the drive-thru menu and they charged me $2.79 for it and small was an understatement. I only received 8 regular strips an 2 nuggets. The nuggets were smaller than the top of the dipping sauce. I assume they didn't have enough so they cut one in half to make 10. Then there is the sauce. I asked for 4 sauceses and despit them being on the receipt I only received 1 sauce. No spoon or fork to eat my tiny over charged slaw. Oh, no napkins either. The strips tasted like they had been sitting there a long while, cold and chewy. The girl at the window seemed dazed an confused on how to perform her job.
