Update : 07/10/23 - Things had gotten much better over the past several months since my last review. However, they have bombed again. Husband went to pick up our order which consisted of five pizza's and bread sticks and 3 garlic butters. He was given two pizza's and bread sticks - made it home where I informed him there were 3 more pizza's. He went back and did receive an apology, (but ...) Order was wrong - my supreme looked to have originally been a pepperoni pizza and then tossed some onions, mushrooms and Italian meat on top. (not cooked) just tossed on top. One pepperoni was to be thin crust and I received two original crust. Each pizza seemed to be half baked and not much attention to detail or customer satisfaction. (also never got our garlic butter). This is our last time ordering from this location.
Ordered on line to pick up at drive through window- medium buffalo /traditional wings and garlic Parmesan. Ordered 3 large pizza’s. Female employee at window was no more interested in helping me than I am about flying to the moon. Got food and made sure I said “Thank you” ! Did get a response of “your welcome” as the window closed. Wings were simply horrible- I’ve had their wings 3 times prior and they weren’t half bad. This was watered down buffalo sauce and they were terrible. The other ones were equally as bad if not worse. Pizzas were as usual and I have no complaints to that. I know there is short staff every where, but why not be the exception and offer excellent customer service and prepare food correctly, so that someone might actually want...
Read moreWe’ve ordered periodically since they opened, it’s my Childrens favorite pizza. More often than not there’s something wrong, and usually we can over look it and deal. This last time however it could not be in any way. I ordered for my children two stuffed crust cheese pizzas (I ordered in the app and I always have). What I got was two over cooked crusts with no sauce and no cheese. To be sure this wasn’t an error on my part I double checked the receipt I was given as well as the app order receipt. What was interesting is the app showed the correct order being placed, but the paper receipt showed no sauce no cheese. The manager at the time was very adamant (and rude) that app issues were not within his scope of abilities nor was he going to concern himself with them. He stated that because that’s what they got on their end that’s what was made. Period. He refused a refund or any further action because “we got what we ordered”. I’ve now waited for a call back from his manager… for over a month…. After three call in to customer service… I will not ever order from here again after the horrible customer service we received. I’ve never had someone be so rude and short in that manner right out of the gate. As far as the 1-800 line, it seems that was an uphill battle on my part. I’ve gotten nowhere. Read moreStore is advertised online to be open till 11pm on Saturdays - Online you’re able to place and pay for your order which you’ll receive a notification for. My experience tonight I pulled up to the window and was greeted by laughter from the young man working the window - he apparently thought it was funny that I placed my order online and paid but got to window and they was closed - he then informed me there was nothing he could do regarding my payment that I would have to return to store tomorrow and speak with the manager. It was very unprofessional as a business to accept an order if business was closed - I provided my number when I placed order so the professional thing to do was call and make me aware the business was closed and could not prepare my order before I drove 20 mins to another town just to be laughed at and turned away.
