Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Geneva

Stopped to get wings & cheese bread at 11:10 AM Tues. 6-24-25 1 cashier, 1 other person(server?), 1 cook. No acknowledgement upon arriving OR going to the cashier. Cashier acted as if it was her first day and did not know anything about anything. Other person (server?) appeared very unconcerned & didn't even try to help cashier take care of the front OR drive in OR me. Saw person at the drive thru, the 'server' delivered the pick up then she set up 3 glasses of ice for people in DR and even though the cashier was trying to help me- the other person told her fill the three drinks for her because she had to get 3 salads to go! (not for the drive through). I'm still waiting. There were 3 tables eating from buffet in the DR. No other customers came in. The cashier did not know if the order of 12 wings would be 6/6 flats and drums. She went to the other 2 employees and got no answer. I told her just give me 2 orders of 6. I also asked for a salad to go. The salad looked 'strange' - it was extremely dry - I don't know how to explain it, I've never seen lettuce like that before. I asked how long on the wings and the cashier goes around the corner again, (the wings had not been dropped yet-15 min. now) she comes back out and says looking into the sky like she's trying to count "6 and 6 and then 6"...minutes, it takes 6 minutes for the wings". I went to the car and sat there for 10 minutes, then drove to the drive thru , sat there close to 10 more minutes. I had groceries in the back and just wanted to get a quick to go lunch to take home. She comes to the window- no smile, not now or ever- looks at me and says "Name?" .....I gave it to her when I placed the order, she has spoken with me on 3 previous times in reference to this order....she has the bag in her hand - I give her my name she hands it to me and closes the window. ZERO for customer service. Food quality- don't waste your hard earned money - it was $32 for 12 wings that were not fried properly (might have been sort of underdone) I only tried 2. The bread was horrible- not like the wings and bread in Slocomb Pizza Hut because they are awesome every single time and have a great Manager. The salad- tried to eat it when I got home....it had been frozen before it was put on that buffet line because it was a horrible mess of green mush. 11:42 we leave (I had my mother with me) Another thing just so you will know and be prepared because I have not had this happen before on a to go order even though I always tip. The 'cashier' prints the ticket- then she asks aren't you going to tip? I was so offended I said No, I don't see a tip jar...she almost hurts herself getting a plastic pickle container from the other counter and places it in front of me. It is empty and nothing is written on it. None of this was worth $32- never...

We attempted to eat dinner at this Pizza Hut last night we were totally ignored We were the only customers there around 8 15 pm. In addition it was a very cold night we were wearing heavy coats and we were rstill freezing inside the restaurant. After 2o to 25 minutes with having no one approach us my husband went up front to see if they were serving. She was doing something near the back. My husband told her that we had been waiting some time and requested service. She mumbled something that he could not understand. He returned to the table and we comtinued uto wait while still freezing after another 10 minutes or so of waiting we left and went to a different restaurant to reiterate w we’re the only customers in the restaurant. The only person to approach our table was a religious man that wanted to preach to us and blessed us. He started crying and said that my friend reminded him of his deceased mother. As we left my husband topd the girl we were leaving because we couldn’t wait any longer she still made no effort to walk to the counter and acknowledge our presence she still stood near the back and mumbled something that we did not understand we have eaten at many pizza huts where we hard great service great food and a comfortable dining area. If the restaurant doesn’t close until 10 pm and no other customers we should have received adequate service this may be the reason we were the only customers. Honestly I used to be the morning cook at this location. The food was quality made we got 3 items on dine in. 2 pizzas and cheese sticks. However their was only one waitress and no other customers. I FEEL LIKE SHE WAS YOUNG AND LEARNING STILL, BUT.... She came and got our drinks ordered then when asked what we were gonna have I asked for a min... It took 20 minutes before she returned, the place was still dead. She took an order off the phone and apparently told my dining partner (mom) she would be back to refill tea, we didn't see her again the remainder of time eating until the check got brought where I asked if I could get my tea refilled in a to go cup. I tipped her 30% because I Felt bad knowing she was not obviously gonna make a decent Saturday night bring home, not cause...
