Honeybee's — Restaurant in Geneva

The disrespect we just got at Honeybees in geneva was ridiculous to the point the couple with a child next to us couldn't believe how we got treated. We walked in and sat at a table and our daughter started to cry a bit because she didn't want to be in a booster. A waitress came up to our table as I was talking to my husband saying maybe we should go since there are people staring at us, the waitress then says "Ya, you should leave" before offering to take our order. The waitress then left and went to a table and started to take their order. The couple next to us with a baby themselves agreed that one she should've never been that rude for one and 2 everyone has kids they all cry and the fact my kid wasn't even crying loud or obnoxious like what most kids do in public. We went in there very respectful and was even willing to leave for the little cry my daughter was doing, the disrespect was uncalled for and...

Popular place to eat, right on the main corner of town. Lots of places to park around.

All the tables are in use and counter service. Was a little surprised that there wasn't any social distancing between patrons at the counter service or between tables.

Food service was relatively quick considering every seat was taken. Food was hot and cooked to order. The coffee was refilled regularly and we were checked on often.

The gravy with the biscuits and gravy was very good. The full order is big, so have a large apatite if you order it. The corned beef hash has a lot of corned beef in it and as not crispy, if that is how you like it.

Prices are very good and atmosphere in the building is very nice. I don't think the photos...

Got served quickly around 12:30 on a Sunday. Had eggs benedict on special at a great price. They cleared off a booth for us from a prior person and the table was soaking wet and she laid are napkins and silverware on the soaking wet table that's smelled of bleach and ick. Would have given it a four stars for the food, but my hb were cold, and had to ask her to come back and dry off the table so we can sit at it and our waitress made a smart aleck remark about the place to pay our check. Instead of just saying she could take it or pay for it upfront she made a smart alec remark about working off our calories. And taking it to the cash register. Not sure...
