Burger King — Restaurant in Genoa Charter Township

I had a chicken sandwich on Sunday night and I ended up throwing up and feeling weak on Monday. I called BK and they gave me the number to the corporate office and then it was turned over to Liberty Mutual insurance. I owed 2800.00 after my health insurance coverage and that’s all I asked for. I remember throwing up dark green fluid and luckily for my Henry ford nurses came to my rescue in the parking lot of the hospital. Liberty mutual NEVER calls me back and I shared all of my medical records with Henry Ford Hospital. The denied my claim. That is a terrible experience to be sick from food poisoning. If you ever have this problem please make sure the hospital documents everything. I was treated for sepsis and released after a week in the hospital. Burger King wanted proof of purchase and luckily I used my Chase debit card. It showed the exact location and dollar amount along with the exact time. I reached out to BK corporate and they only would’ve helped if I used the app to purchase the food. Which I did not. I seriously doubt BK will do anything after my review. Please be aware of companies that do not take food poisoning seriously. Especially after I was in the hospital for a week. Fast food has gone up in price and the quality could be better for what we spend. I have never experienced this before. But knowing all of the people involved the only one that was caring and compassionate was the store manager. Liberty mutual is terrible I bob a supervisor promised to call me back. He is a liar and so is the corporate headquarters that does not follow up after bob spoke to them to see if they would like to offer something. Silence is golden. Meaning the companies involved...

It's around 5:00pm so my daughter and I stopped to grab something to eat. It's been a really long time since I've been to Burger King and within a few minutes I remembered why. The Manager Kenneth took my order, never said Thank you. So I moved over so my daughter could place her order. In a couple minutes I got a fish sandwich, med. fries and a med drink. While we waited for my daughters order I ate one of the fries and it shouldn't have been served they were cold. The Manager heard me say it to my daughter and he aggressively came over grabbed the fries and they them in the trash, grabbed my tray that had my sandwich and thru it over on the table where the food comes out to be bagged. So I got hot fries then went to get my drink, there's no ice in the machine, the service area for lids/straws etc, needed cleaning and stocking. My daughter got her food and she sat down while I'm looking for Happy Kenneth, just the person I wanted to talk to. NOT!! He grabbed my cup took it to fill the ice from behind the wall at the drive thru. He said "They must not have filled it last night". On my way out I stopped by the restroom, toilets are dirty toilet paper on the floors, washing my hands and there's no soap and the hand dryer wasn't working. 😲 WOW,...

A few times they have forgotten a item in our drive through order.. and we are blessed and thankful in life , We don't make a big deal about mistakes we just do family love and go about life.. well just recently they did this again and I take the managers name and they say just come in and we will make it up on next order, Well not so there is a blonde hair young middle age lady whom gets a attitude and start saying well , we don't do. That , we just don't we're is your receipt , my family sits and listen to her yell and tell us we are lying.. Seriously sandwiches are 2 for 6 , whom would lie about a inexpensive item.. either way this manager was rude and lost her mind and control of this situation.. She was totally stressed out and should not be in this position..
