I haven't eaten at a Cottage Inn Pizzeria in 15 years and I feel as if I have been missing out this entire time. Coming here was totally worth the 35 minute commute. I called in a pickup order on New Year's Eve and boy did this pizzeria deliver on customer service and quality. Jaxon answered the phone and proceeded to answer all my questions without hesitation and had the patience of a saint. He provided all the specials and took the order down with a friendly attitude and a great sense of humor. When my fiancé and I picked up the order, Jackson greeted us with a huge smile and a warm welcoming. The pizzas were cooked to perfection and smelled like they came straight from Italy. The bread sticks were hot, soft, fluffy, and full of so much flavor when you bit into them. The tossed salad, along with the Italian dressing was the chefs kiss of deliciousness. The homemade croutons were simply amazing. This was the best dinner to chow down on and end the year 2023 with. My fiancé was highly impressed with his first time enjoying Cottage Inn. Be careful when googling “Jett’s near me “ apparently they’ve spent enough money on their web advertising that when you Google Jets you’ll get cottage inn number, and it doesn’t help the guy who answered the phone didn’t identify the business as cottage inn. When I got to Jets pick up my pizzaThey knew nothing of the order so I called the last number I dialed in what do you know I ordered from cottage inn so instead of waiting 45 minutes to order a pizza from the place I wanted I drove across town and picked up the two pizzas that were ready from the wrong place. The woman who gave me my order laughed when I asked how often this happens all the time she said that’s cute I will go out of my way to make sure I get the right number next time and though I have enjoyed cottage inn I the past I doubt I’ll be doing business with them again anytime soon, I don’t appreciate being tricked into giving...

Prices have increased by more than 20% and not reflected in menus. So instead of $7.99 for 8 wings, its now &10. My delivery is &10. So with 1-sub sandwich, and 8 wings, it was $32. Plus $5 tip. $37 for one meal. Crazy. And false advertising on their prices. They never notified me of the increased price either, until I started questioning the total. And then they continue to try and mash it all together so I wouldn’t notice how much each item went up. I will be using my Wallet to Xpress my feelings. I will close it for Cottage Inn and open it for another pizza place. Heck, even dominoes, who is much further away from me does not charge me that kind of money...
