Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Genoa Charter Township

I'm with the person below me I hate and think I've only done this once before where I've actually wrote a bad review. So I order a pizza well done and Chez bread well done. They both arrive the pizza sill has soft under Cooked bacon on the top, the cust is white, zero golden brown or any signs of being normal cooked opposed to well done and the Chex bread is the exact same way. This is the 5th time plus this has happened so I finally call today. The manager then starts to argue with me saying he saw them push my pizza back from extra time. I then offered to even send pictures. After which I said I don't want a re delivery just credite my account. I get a 30min lunch I don't have time. He then told me he would only credit me for the pizza or Chex bread he wouldn't do both. I order from hungry Howies 3x a week some times 5-6. I don't want or expect free stuff. I tried to order online to no avail. When I called I had to give my order twice. Finally at the end of the order he said my discounts could not work because they were not online. On top of that he then said the credit card machine was down and the only way I can pay is cash. After the pizza arrived, it was the wrong pizza. It had a missing topping and little sauce. The person I talked to argued the topping wasn't on receipt. I was intentionally polite and said I'd just post a review. He was rude and said he did not have to serve me if I was going to disrespect him. I then asked for a manager and asked if they recorded conversations, I honestly were hoping they did. The manager identified as general manager was polite and offered either $10 or another pizza 40 min later. He did say he would take care of the rude employee. First time ordering I ordered subs after receiving what I thought was to be subs as advertised where not subs all the sub makings in a closed folded pizza called to complain and said I’ll leave this what ever it is on the deck for you to pick up they said they would give me credit because I paid cash so a couple weeks later i decided to try the pizza and use the credit when I called the rude guy said we supplied you with what you ordered so you don’t deserve a credit therefore you have to pay you have no credit I would never buy anything from this false advertising false information when you advertise a sub you should get a sub I hope every pizza company puts hungry howies out of business as they mislead the customer and refuse to refund their money I would eat for a Taco Bell dumpster before ever eating hungry howies...
