Subway — Restaurant in Genoa Township

I came in on Saturday morning at approximately 9:10 AM. The store was not ready to operate despite being open. I was given the worst steak egg and cheese breakfast sub that I am ever had at any subway. The main toasting unit was not ready so the guy just threw my sandwich in the microwave. Then when we got to the cash register, they had not counted their drawer in order to start the day and after taking too long to count their money, I just gave them eight dollars and left with the sandwich. I was supposed to have chips and drink as well, but I didn’t take those. Not only did I overpay, but they got a tip for such lousy service. Typical cheap franchisee. Doesn't participate in most of the company promotions. Doesn't accept company coupons. Doesn't accept company gift cards. Doesn't participate in any of the deals the company promotes or advertises. The regular pricing for sandwiches at this locations are much higher than the normal/standard pricing. The franchisee also doesn't follow the exact Subway sandwich plans set by the corporate office. This locations "skimps" on ingredients and puts much less than what the manual calls for.

Don't waste your money with a greedy franchisee. I'd rather see this location (and many of the other locations in the area) permanently close than continue ripping people off by not participating in advertised company promotions and skimping on...

Me and a friend went here for a couple sandwiches. The girl ringing me out was nice and confirmed that our sandwiches were to be paid together. When I paid it was about 13 dollars (from my bank statement). After that the girl asked her coworker what kind of sandwich my friend got. She proceeded to tell me that she didn’t charge me for it and I didn’t have the receipt from the first order to prove it because I said didn’t need it. Needless to say she charged me another 4-5 for the other sandwich. I’m not going to argue over 5 dollars.
