Bojangles — Restaurant in Georgetown

Man I'm sorry but I just got to do a little rant right now. I just went to Bojangles for the last time ever! I'm the most considerate kind polite person you would ever meet. I work with public and I run a register so I get So I give my order they forget to ask me my side, and I forgot to tell them. I get up to the window and I say oh I'm sorry I forgot to tell you my side, and they said well we had fries, which I hadn't said believe me. But I said that's fine, and Ilet it go. Then I go to get my card back and I take the card and the receipt to put in my purse and the lady said you just snatched that out of my hand ,and she's like all mad at me, and I'm like excuse me? She goes that was just rude and I go on and I'm trying to say I'm sorry I didn't realize I did, I didn't mean to, and then they start going back over the whole side thing issue after I already told them it was fine, what did you want, I said it was fine just get past this, and then they just all came to the window like four women, couple of them look kind of embarrassed and sad themself ,but the one that started the whole thing she was just not going to back down, and finally she says well I'm a nice person, I said so am I so why are we doing this? And then she says cuz you snatched the card out of my hand! I'm still shaking all over, that is just absolutely unacceptable to be verbally attacked like that for...

I believe her name was Nydia or Nikka? Appeared to be in charged. I came in with a mentally challenged young Lady who knew if we went inside instead of drive-thru they would know what she gets. Numerous times she interrupted them helping other customers, but they, she graciously gave her their full attention when it was her turn. This young lady I mentioned knew what Amy likes as she prepared her order exactly how Any wanted it. The food was delicious, Amy's order was perfect. This young lady Nikki, or Nikka was very understanding and prompt. Thank you for having individuals as she on your team as the other employees were just as understanding and helpful. Food and service were fine. In fact, the food was pretty good. However, there was a lady there trying to sell homemade stuff. She apparently knew most of the workers, and would try to get the attention of anyone who walked in. She kept talking to me and my wife, even while we were talking to each other across the room. She then seemed like she expected us to buy something from her, or give her a 'donation'. Nothing wrong with making your own stuff to sell, but bojangles is not the place to sell it.
