Stopped in here on Sunday at 2. 4 other people were in the restaurant when we entered. We had the option of bar seating or a table. Out server met us within 3 minutes. We ordered milkshakes and burgers. They arrived with in 10 minutes. The burgers were a titch overcooked, fries were cooked perfectly but no salt. The staff seemed to have some issues that affected the service provided and a new couple that came in and sat down weren't greeted for 10 minutes. My boyfriend went to the register to pay our bill and had to wait 10 minutes on the only waitress to cash him out. During that time, she was constantly complaining about having to come in early. I hope they get their issues worked out, it could be a great place.

It may be located in a shopping plaza but that doesn't stop Hwy 55 Burgers being any less delicious. It can get quite busy at times, I went for lunch on Sunday passing through and managed to be seated at the bar rather quickly. I had ordered the shrimp po boy and my sister ordered a classic burger. Both were great! The fried shrimp and bread were great and had a perfect amount of sauce, highly recommend. The burger was said to be good as well. Fries were good, nothing special but thats okay with the entree being the star. It is small so when it gets busy service can be slow but theyre great people with food attitude so i gave them some leeway. Great spot.

Amazingly clean, even the kids noticed it was clean I had them make a jalapeño cheese cheesesteak with pimento cheese It was awesome. You had to have pimento cheese if you’re in North Carolina. Pimento cheese on the cheesesteak is fabulous and the bread was fresh and awesome Food was made fresh and hot. It was amazing and everything tasted delicious. Staff was incredibly friendly Everybody was smiling and happy and our food was just delicious We went down to the park at Woodcroft Drive And came here to get ice cream after the park it was a fabulous day

Wednesday, July 10 around 2:30...there were 5 people dining at 3 tables...my grandson & I being 2 of the people. Our waitress was the pits. Our food sat on the counter for 8 minutes, while our waitress talked with a woman sitting at the counter...apparently a friend, since she wasn't eating. Another waitress passed our sitting food 4 times, yet couldn't take a minute to bring the food to our table. Our waitress finally brought our food to the table. The tater tots & fries were cold. Sandwich & chicken tenders were barely warm. Alot of money to spend on cold food. My grandson had to go to the counter for condiments & drink refills, since our waitress had resumed her conversation with the "friend" & never looked our way. That friend got more service than the paying customers! The ONLY other time she came to our table was when we got up to leave & we were there for an hour. Kind of late to check on us then. I tip accordingly to the service I receive. I hope she found somewhere to spend...

Has been a long time since I visited/ordered from Hwy 55 in Georgetown, SC. Me & my spouse really wanted a cheesesteak..take out only. Not wanting to get a large cheesesteak costing $11.+ each, we ordered the regular size for $8.71(?) each... two plus tip, $20 bucks! Picked up my order and noticed the bag seemed very light. Got home and opened the boxes to see tiny little cheesesteak sandwiches..looked child size! They are not at all like they used to be...so disappointed in the size for the cost! $5.00 at best.. They were good and thankfully there were french fries or I'd still be hungry...and after spending that much. Very disappointed! I will never order these again. Certainly didn't get our...
