1st time ordering from this location. Huge disappointment b/c none of the food had seasoning.(steak & shrimp combo/shrimp tempura/crab roll)...The rice tasted a little burnt and raw at the same time The piece of crab n the crab roll was brown and it wasn't soy sauce for sure but the taste and texture was off.I guess that's why she out Abt 15 cups of the yum yum sauce n our bag, to mask the unseasoned food .Which also concerned me b/c Japanese restaurants charge for extra cups of yum yum sauce.You get 1 or 2 per order..But when she gave me 16 cups of sauce I knew something was up.Spent $43 on food for my husband(he took a few bites and his steak wasn't seasoned and they left out his order of extra broccoli )& i that were given to our dogs. And i knew in my spirit the food was truly subpar, because they loaded our bags with abt 10-15 of the yum yum sauce(s) to mask the fact that the food had no seasoning! FREE OF CHARGE..and that a red flag for me b/c you will pay for those containers of sauces anywhere...

This particular time I noticed the steak Didn’t feel right, so I pulled a few apart it was pink. So I called Yokohama and told them my steak wasn’t cook all the way I was told to bring the food back and they’ll cook my order over at this point I just want my money back.... so I told them I’m at work I can’t bring it til tomorrow I was told they won’t refund me anything ... and someone else answer the food saying they always cook they steak medium rear, okay if your going to do that you need to inform customers and tell them so they’ll have a option rather they want it well done or medium rare. Most of the time if you get the hibachi steak chicken and shrimp; they give you more of that chicken than anything else and have those one or two shrimp and steak on top. They give you a whole side of veggies; consisting mainly of onion, you have to fine the one or two pieces of zucchini. The steak most of the time is too under cook; that can cause food poisoning. Most times the food is unseasoned. Those Mexicans be talking about the customers and looking at them a certain way. So I don't even go there no more. I cook my hibachi style food at home and it...
