I have been to this location twice in a few days. I was there on Saturday April 10th and when placing my order in the drive through after each item she was ask is that it. We ordered 3 drinks, grilled cheese, 3 donuts. So I was quite ticked off after being asked after each item I ordered if I was done yet. Give people time to order good grief. The cold brew we ordered had a bit to much milk in it and not enough sugar. My daughter gets the same cold brew order everytime we go to dunkin and it's always been great but at this location they need to pay attention or need better training on making the drink correctly. I was in Georgetown again on Tuesday April 13th and got a frozen with caramel, no whip and a donut. When I got to the window I was asked if I ordered 2 frozen drinks. I let the guy know it was 1 frozen coffee and he asked did I order anything else. If you were not sure of my order you could have repeated it while I was ordering it so that you were sure. Your frozen coffee is weak every dunkin I go to does 2 caramel and your location does 1 and your frozen is loose so it needs some work. I know that everyone is hiring and good help is hard to find but it set like the ones who are working at this location need some matters, customer service training and better training...
Read moreMy family and I came into this Dunkin' donuts because we were hungry and it was already past breakfast time. Fortunately everything was clean, but it was the rudeness and the inattentiveness of the employees that caught our attention. When we walked in nobody even asked to take our order and they clearly saw us. When I needed a condiment I waited in front of the cash register for 5 loooong minutes because nobody looked my way. Finally an employee came, looked me dead in the eyes and walked in the other direction like she didn't even see me. That same employee was very unprofessional, and she cursed while walking past us. Nobody even came and asked us for help when my family member spilled a drink. The food was pretty mediocre, only ketchup could save it. The cheese, didn't even taste like cheese. The eggs also tasted artificial. The employees were mostly talking instead of acknowledging the costumers. Needless to say, we won't come back to this...
Read moreLove Dunkin’ Donuts! But this location we typically avoid. Unfortunately there are times where this one is our only option. Next time we will go out of our way to not have to come here. This is the only location we have been to that will deny us being able to add something separate from our mobile order. There are some items not on the app when placing a mobile order so we ask to pay for it separately at the window over the com. Every location (even out of state!) will gladly ring them up separately & allow us to pay when we pull-up. Every 👏🏻 single 👏🏻 time 👏🏻 this location says they can’t do that- we must come in. Originally thought it was just the person at the window but this is the third time & a completely different person.
