I ordered dinner for the family and was quoted an estimated delivery time. A short time later, I received a text stating that my order was ready at 6:30 and out for delivery. Then I received another text that informed me that Doordash would be delivering on behalf of Pizza Hut. The Doordash delivery took 38 minutes to get to my house. I assume this was because of other orders they delivered which delayed my order because I live less than 8 minutes from Pizza Hit. When the pizza arrived, almost twice as long as I was quoted, the pizza was cold. I called the store and they told me it was a problem between me and Doordash. I asked why would it be my problem with Doordash when I paid Pizza Hut to deliver a pizza and it was their choice to utilize Doordash. I was given a short answer and was basically told to call the next day when the general manager was around. Read moreI work in, Georgetown and I quit ordering and recommending pizza at this location to my customers over a year ago because this location only cooks pizzas half-way. Not only have I noticed this but, about 3/5ths of my customers that order here are so surprised, they express their dissapointment with me. I throw away at least two, nearly whole pizzas a month from my customers that ordered from this location. They always state that it is either under-cooked, or tastes rotten. I'd been ordering chicken for myself since last year_which has been fine. No complaints with the chicken whatsoever. I decided to give them another try today and wasn't at all surprised when I saw that it hadn't been cooked. It was warm but, just over room temperature and the crust was still pure dough throughout about half the pizza. I LOVE the, Corydon location. Their pizza is always cooked. Read moreFirst and foremost, this is a takeout only location. And it's pretty weird that there's no real divide between the lobby and the kitchen. You could literally walk into the kitchen from the lobby without impediment.
There's absolutely no seating in the lobby, so, if you arrive before your order is done, you have to either stand around or go wait in your car.
Food is sub-par for the franchise. I felt like the pizza wasn't cooked enough and was very flabby towards the middle. It was not cut well either, as the cut didn't penetrate the bottom of the crust. Wings were a bit off as well.
Service, while friendly, was not competent. I was given the wrong order, took it back to my car and then realized the error. I brought the food back and they put it directly back into the warmer without checking it. What if I had eaten a piece? Or worse? The lack of double checking and quality control is a...
