Subway — Restaurant in Georgetown

Awful. Worst version of the subway sandwich I've had made just fine at other subways for years. Employees sloppy in appearance and skill. Rude. Sandwich a total mess he crammed it into the wrap all smeared and sloppy major oozing and dripping on the counter and everywhere. All while acting like he hated me and hated doing it. I'm not a picky person but I'm not kidding it was so awful I just walked off leaving them with the mess they made. I said "Dude, come on, man, that's just really really bad, I've NEVER had anywhere close to this awful mess and I've had that exact sandwich at several other subways made for years, I can't eat that." Manager standing by watching did NOTHING said NOTHING. Awful customer service if you can even call it that. A couple more things I should mention: the "sandwich artist's" nose was sniffling and dripping all while he obviously grudgingly made the mess of a sandwich. They didn't have the complete usual veggie choices and what they did have didn't look sanitary. They reluctantly came to the counter from the back when I first came in which was right at noon and I even had to request a different loaf of bread because the one they tried to start my sandwich with was a really bad one that hadn't formed properly (it only went from bad to worse.) I go in at least once a week but this will be the last time! Usually they are always out of vegetables between 6pm and 9pm. This has been several times in the last month! Last night went in and ordered 3 simple subs one meatball and the meatball container was sitting on the counter uncovered, I live pretty close and when I got home my son said the meatballs were cold so was the sauce which it was like they just removed it from the fridge. My son said it tasted funny and did not eat it. When I called up there the boy acted like he was mad and I asked to put me down for a sub and I would bring this back another day. I had to tell him again to take my name which I am sure it wont be replaced. I usually order 7 subs per week and always messed up. I wont be going back to this one because none of the workers care and always blame the owner saying they are trying to keep cost low and not waste. Edittt!!! It won’t let me take down my former review but they have redeemed themselves majorly! I came back a week later and my salad was made perfectly and the customer service was great! Everything perfect from the two young gentlemen!

Take the time to drive to a different location. I have been to this location multiple times in the last month and decided to try again today to see if any better. It wasn’t. As a previous subway team lead I know what the quality should be. I two meals, one salad and one pizza. As shown in picture I got barely half of the salad. Asked for multiple sides of ranch only got one. I always ask for them to chop it up in the mixing bowl which they did but you need to measure in the actual bowl first to know how much you need to mix.
