Go to Wawa, Chickfila, the Diary Queen next door, or the Mexican Grill across. Do not waste your time here. You’ll find yourself waiting in line for 40 minutes. Once we got to the register, the cashier tells us no KFC, but the Taco Bell menu is completely opened. Wouldn’t you think it would save ALL of us time if you had informed EVERYONE that there is limited items available to order? We had to wait an additional 10 minutes for our food; at this point fast food is no longer fast. Then, we were called for the crunchwrap we ordered, but instead of receiving our order, we were met with, “Oh, there’s no more beef… Would you like steak, chicken, or chicken cantina(however you spell it)?” It seems like there’s a common theme here… No one is let known of what is short. We receive our meals an hour after our arrival and as soon as we get seated, they actually kick you out. I understand if it’s closing time, but with some consideration… Could you just close the register first or start cleaning as we needed only a few minutes to finish our small order. To add onto it, the poor couple that was sitting behind us had already been eating and they had to be kicked out as well. MID MEAL. So, in summary, don’t empty your wallet here. They clearly need to invest in better staff that have quicker problem solving skills than a 3 year...
Read moreThe food was absolutely horrible. My family and I decided to stop here for a quick meal while heading to our destination. Normally, Taco Bell is a pretty safe choice when traveling, however, the food was not it. The fiesta potato’s were steaming hot, but oddly raw ish as if they were not cooked properly and lacked sour cream and nacho cheese. It was not just the fiesta potato’s, but we had also ordered the nacho bell grande and it was disgusting. We believe that the oil is old or was reused and it destroyed the entire meal. We had to trash the entire thing and the taco that came with the combo was cold, not even the beef was warm. Surprisingly the KFC wraps were good and were the small positive of the meal as this was half a Taco Bell and half a KFC location. While the service was okay, had we not asked for hot sauce we would have never received any. Normally the employee asks if you would like any sauce, but she never asked despite there being anyone in the drive through. On top of that we were only given four packets of sauce for the entire meal which was barely anything. Unfortunately since we had gone through the drive through and were back on the highway, there was nothing we could do. Overall, I would never go back to this location, nothing from the Taco Bell side was good and it was an unfortunate...
Read moreI am so tired of the subpar customer service and food quality at this place. How hard is it to do your job properly? I am the nicest person ever until you mess up my food and you have messed it up one too many times. I don't live close either which makes this even worse. So when I make the effort to go and it's wrong I'm even more irritated. I just had surgery last week and am unable to drive. My husband brought dinner home from here earlier tonight so it's not like anyone could correct these issues either because they weren't discovered until after he was already home and you're lucky I can't drive right now because I am not in the mood for this nonsense at all and would have had a lot to say about it because this stuff isn't freaking cheap anymore!! My chalupa was hard as a rock and the burrito I got to eat later (which happens to be right now) has the wrong sauce on it. The chipotle sauce is repulsive and I just got a mouthful. If you guys don't learn the difference between chipotle and creamy jalapeno I'm going to go clinically insane. Like seriously, come on people. Get it together!! There isn't a single efficient taco bell anywhere in the state of Delaware....
