I purchased a 15 pc combo which was $19.97 yesterday afternoon and got wings that were so small that shouldn’t be call a wings. American Deli has cooks that can count because my order was short on the 15 pc. I went back inside to address the issues. The waitress was rude, no customer service skills. The only thing she said was I’m just the cashier and the wings supply had small wings. American Deli, like Touchdown raise their prices and take no regard to selling small wings with bad customer service and think it’s ok. This issues has happened at other American Deli’s in the area so finally decided to write the review.
American Deli and the like NEED TO DO BETTER! They need to check their suppliers since they want to blame them for their lack of not taking responsibility for serving poor quality. Also, they need to train their employees on customer service and teach their cooks...

Recently they've started doing hot with the lemon pepper sauce, which kind of overpowers the hot flavor, but it's still good. (My preference is sprinkles) The chicken itself is pretty good. Depending on who's behind the counter determines the size of the wing I get. Mostly they're on the smaller side but I prefer those. I rarely see the bigger ones though. I like the fact they add loads of sauce in the box and I don't have to order them crispy simply because they're not soggy. They do have a touch of crunch as is. Again, my preference. I wish we could go back to when a 10 piece combo was only $10, but sadly inflation has doubled that price. Still my go-to...

When I went bk to get a refund the cashier contacted the owner via text and he refused to give me a refund. He told her to tell me the money would go back on card in 48 hours. Yesterday was 48 hours and when I went back to the store he refused to give me money back again even after showing that both transactions posted to my card. I've contacted my credit card company to get my money back for the duplicate transaction. This is very poor customer service and my family and I will never eat at this location ever again. How do you think it's okay to keep someone's money when you know they charged twice incorrectly because of your faulty cash...
