Nail shop — Local services in Redan

I have been coming to this nail shop for 4 years now and I have never had a problem. Their work is great. HOWEVER, today I went in for my normal fill in and pedicure. They were assisting others at the time but I was the first one to come in for services. They called one girl up as soon as she walked through the door (no appointment) and the girl that came after me, but before the one that went straight to a seat ended up going before me as well (also No appointment). I feel like that was bad customer service especially to someone who had been going to them for as long as I have and I could tell that 2 of them were talking about it because they were pointing at me before I just walked out. I came in for a full set… They said one moment and sat me at a station. I’ve been sitting in this station for over an hour. Everytime I ask how long they say 5 more mins. I have a flight to catch and don’t have time to try to make it to another nail salon. I watched 3 people come in for a pedicure and they immediately started them… Very unprofessional! Great place, they could use at least 2 to 3 more people for help. UPDATE: 07/08/21 This place has no consistency when it comes to pedicures no one is on the same page everyone does poor jobs there need to be proper training on pedicures 3 times within 2 months noone knew how to do a proper pedicure.
