Summit Deli — Restaurant in Georgia

Chinese lady there speaks no English and she's very rude and disrespectful. She is constantly messing up people's order. She also claims she's the manager but when I asked who's over her , she couldn't give me an answer and ignored me. I bought some food for someone who said they wanted chicken wings and realize when I got home they sent a text message saying that they wanted a chicken Philly so I brought back the food without even touching or eating it and I tried to get her to make my food into a chicken Philly and I would pay the difference and she kept saying "you already paid for the food we're not giving out any free food".I asked how is it free if I already paid for it I'm just trying to pay the difference for a chicken philly and she kept arguing with me for about 15 minutes so I got to the point where I said "give me my money back" she then throws the money at me while there were customers in there and all my change was on the ground so I took the food that I brought back in threw it on her! This place needs to go out of business and North Deshon and Rockbridge Road needs new restaurants it gets tiring of eating the same restaurants that's local in our area 😤😟. The restaurant score is 82 and this lady ( the manager) has no type of respect for treating customers when the customer is always right. VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO THROW MONEY AT ME!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THERE IS AN AMERICAN DELI RIGHT IN FRONT OF MCDONALD'S WITH A GREAT SCORE AND U GET YOUR FOOD...

Been going to the Summit Deli a few times & I have to say the food is great.

The size of the wings is just right(regular/big size) & If you order their boneless wings then once you taste 'em you won't have the feeling of going back to their regular bone-in wings. Their wing-flavors are great & They cook the lemon-pepper flavored wings just right.

The beef fried rice is great while nicely cooked except the beef in the rice can be a bit tough to eat sometimes if you get a batch that's been cooked a bit too long.

As for their fries make sure to order them crispy/extra-crispy where they'll be cooked just right & If you don't the'll feel soft like they haven't been cooked long enough.

The fish, I only tried out their whiting fish & I have to say they were too thin . I'll try their tilapia fish one day to see how they are & Hopefully they'll serve them in the right size not the small ones.

Also there's a special for $5.99 8 wings, 10 small-wings or 2pc fish that comes with drink & fries you have to order before 3PM to get this deal especially for those who want to check this place out to eat for the 1st time.(If you don't see this when you're there OR call there to place in order sometimes food places will cancel...

We used to come here all the time. I enjoy their wings but today I got 10 big wings and fries. I enjoy dipping my sauce in the wings and fries. I was told my meal only comes with 1 ranch and I would have to pay $1 for 2 more. Now if I knew that I would have not come here but I called my order in it took me 1( minutes to get there and they never started my order and they only had 1 order in front of me and her food was done. When I asked for 3 sauces he said I could only get one. Now I am a person that hates to pay for fees and extra stuff so I said no and I need the ranch to complete my meal. He said he couldn’t so I asked for my money back. Now keep in mind this is not fresh made ranch this is ranch in a box that he had like 200 sitting on the counter. He had to go ask the manager what to do and the manager said refund my food. Well that’s cool with me Zaxby’s is across the street and yes they charge for more sauce but they start out giving you enough to complete the meal. My family orders from this place before at least once a week and gets 3 to 4 orders usually almost $40 to $50 and they have now lost a customer that have been coming for years over 2 ranches we will...
