Wish I could give negative 5 stars! Horrible service! Horrible food! I ordered on Uber eats because I work from home, and my order was wrong, stale and cold, then when I got there even after calling and saying, I was coming to pick my order up after receiving it incorrectly, and stale and couldnât even greet me or ask âhow can I help you?â They just let me sit at the front counter like I wasnât there for a reason. When I was showing them my receipt and to let them know why it was wrong and With proof on my order from Uber eats They ended up charging me extra for cheese Because they messed my order up. Then I get my remade meal and itâs bland! đđ Thereâs no salt and the grease on The hashbrowns tasted burnt and Bitter. And French toast, sticks, overcooked, and hard again. Iâm Having a hard time understanding why you even come to work if all youâre going to do is mess peopleâs orders up and serve nasty food. Iâm pretty sure they will end up closing this one down for good soon. Donât waste your time. This store definitely needs some customer service management, cause their manager isnât it! All I can hear the whole time behind the counter is her having an attitude and mouthing off about having to fix the order.. no manners, and unprofessional. But itâs fast food so I guess you get what you get but goodness, money was spent. Iâm sure if the shoe was on the other foot, they wouldnât have been happy and probably wouldnât come back either if they paid for something and had the experience I did.    Read moreSo I received a gift card from job. It was a virtual card so I didn't have a physical gift card,so I thought this would cause issues. So last week I went to this same location and asked if I could use this,and the cashier got a manager and she typed it in. I came in two more times and the same cashier already knew to type it in,he even told a new cashier how to process the gift card.
So today I go into the same location and try to use the gift. The cashier sees the gift card and gets her manager (a different manager then the two I have dealt with before) and he says that the system won' allow him to enter the gift card number. I asked if this is just for today,if they installed a new POS system within the last week,or if it was against the policy overall,and he just continues to say that he couldn't do it. Obviously I was upset because the other two managers had issues in typing in the gift card number.
So I decided to stop arguing and go to a different Burger King and asked them if there would be a issue,the cashier laughed and informed me on how easy it was to manual type in the gift card numbers. So I go from a MANAGER,who obviously doesn't know what he is talking about or is so lazy he didn't want to type in some numbers, to a cashier who had my order taken and the numbers typed in under a minute.
I won't blame the whole location because the other managers were great,but that individual manager should definitely be retrained when it comes...
   Read moreI'll give a 3 because I visit this location regularly and have never had a problem until today. My sister had a issue that I will not go into with her food last night. Since it was very late, I decided to call today. I spoke with a manager named Greg who was shocked at the issue we had. He offered to give me the sandwiches again, I declined. I told him I wasnt looking for anything in particular regarding compensation, I was mainly calling to make him aware. He told me to come in for a refund. So about an hr and a half later I go in and ask for him. The young man at the register tells me Greg said have a seat and he'll be right out. TWENTY minutes later, I get up to tell the young man I need to leave, however Greg was now up front. He honestly seemed like he'd rather not be bothered with me based on how he greeted me. I informed him that we spoke on the phone and asked was I inconveniencing him. He said no and stated he was on the phone with his boss who told him that there will be no refund and again he offered me food. I told him no and that I will not be patronizing his establishment anymore. I didnt ASK for a refund. I was offered one. Also, Greg's demeanor left much to be desired. I'll take my few dollars to...
