It was terrible!!! Hey my husband & I got our food, the 1st thing I noticed was my potato cakes were too dark on the outside and yellow on the inside. Not white, but yellow! Then when I open my sandwich, which was a beef and cheddar, my sandwich was very cold. Also the curly cues that we order were cold and old, and my husbands turn over was very old and cold. We also noticed that the young man that took our order, who was very nice but you can tell he was new, accidentally charged us for a potato cake when I asked for the potato cake to go with my meal, he put Curly Q's on my meal, then charge me for the potato cake, which was an understandable accident. I took everything back to the counter to tell them that everything need to be redone or I want a refund. The young lady who was nice agree to redo everything, however when we got our new food which was supposed to have been fresh, my sandwich was still cold and the potato cakes were still yellow on the inside. So of course I deny it and we just left and vowed not to ever go back again. also with the amount of people that they had behind the counter that was not doing anything, somebody should have been cleaning the dining room because we have to wipe off a table just to be able to sit down, because there were very few tables that were clean. And and no one was inside of the restaurant but about 5 people not including us, but no one in line to purchase food, so they were not busy at all! I wish I had a taken pictures of the potato cakes because yellow on the inside I have never seen in my life! So this will be one of those locations we used to frequent, but now we've added to our list of places not to go! Read moreThis is the first time I've ever waited 45 minutes in any drive-thru line I'm giving five stars only because the guy who took my order was also the cashier and the cook I can't believe he was the only one in Arby's. How stressful is that! The owners should come in and help when there's no one else never leave a person by himself. I hope he's getting paid more than minimum wage in fact the average person should get $35 an hour because rent gas everything has gone up. This should be reported they should have closed down there's no reason why that young man should have been working alone. I am highly disappointed. Whoever owns that Arby's is pathetic. This is a clear sign of greed. I'm sure those folks were on their boats relaxing, in air condition or whatever they were doing while he was sweating for minimum wage. I pray to God that he gets a bonus for that lovely Sunday his composure was together and he wasn't frazzled. As a consumer that should never happen if he doesn't return today I wouldn't be upset. This is what we're talking about people working hard, getting paid pennies, not appreciated and left to the business while their owners are relaxing. There's something wrong with this picture. Read moreI stopped by the drive thru on 8-17-21 to grab some fries and a drink while I was waiting for my daughter to get off at 8 pm (I was at the drive thru between 7:50 pm to 7:57 pm). I handed a male employee my credit card for payment. I noticed he looked at the card front and back before swiping it which I thought was strange. I realized after paying for my food I had inadvertently gave him a CC that I DO NOT use frequently because i thought it was my AMEX. The next morning I get an alert from my bank that two charges were blocked because they were suspicious. One attempt to purchase an airline ticket and another attempt to purchase groceries at Walmart. Again this card is never used and had a zero balance. I contact my bank as instructed and they close the card and issue a new one. I attempted to contact your store as soon as they opened and no one has answers the phone since I began calling at 10 am. You have a THIEF on your staff and you need to investigate this matter. I was lucky because my bank suspected fraud and declined the charges.
