This is a review of the Micro Center. With the exception of the jerk at customer service, everyone was very helpful.

Update: I've been back to The Micro Center electronics store twice more. I have to report that these folks are Top Notch! WOW! I'm very impressed! Here's one Very Big difference...this is Huge... At the other place....you know, where you can purchase refrigerators and such ( Best Buy) their "sales people" are manufactures reps. They are paid to sell whichever "brand" they happen to work for. As I understand it, they are incentivised. Recently I was told False...that's correct...False information about a certain Television manufacturer in order to induce me to purchase That particular brand. Frankly.... I was Lied to.

Here, at The Micro Center, It Doesn't Work Like That. HERE, the person who you are speaking with.... about Whatever...not only is this person NOT incentivised to "steer" you into a purchase, they're paid a FLAT RATE! You will Not be told False information in order for him or her to get a sweeter commission! THATS HUGE!!!

I THROUGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO CONSIDER THIS FACT, before purchasing.

I'm obsessed with this store! I swear this is Toys r Us for people into PC gaming or any sort of electronic, they even have furniture there, I swear if I won the lottery this is where my money is going LOL I wouldn't suggest going on the weekends because my God is it shoulder to shoulder inside there are so many people but if you go during the week it's such a pleasant experience and there's someone around every corner waiting to help and answer your questions and they actually have the patience to guide you to whatever you need and they have the knowledge to explain any questions you have for the most part, obviously someone can't know everything but I've never walked in there and felt like the person I was speaking to had no idea what I was talking about. Prices on graphic cards are going down so it was nice to see an RTX 3090 at about $1,700 instead of $2,500 or more, highly suggest going there but definitely go during the week especially if you are brand new to PC gaming because if you go on a Saturday you are going to have a hard time finding someone to help you but it's not their fault that place is booming with excited customers so yeah, go on a weekday, oh yeah and check out my channel on youtube! Not micro center Krispy Kreme. That's the worst business in the world and they're in their parking lot. I'm sorry saying but they never have anything right. They're hateful. They're rude. They're unprofessional and they can't get the job done. Complain many times to management. They do nothing. Nothing to help you. They will not even refund you when you've been this overcharged.
