I came to this location because I had a taste for a cheese sticks. I went in and ordered. No one greated me as I had at least 5 employees that kept walking around me. When my order was finally taken, no food came out yet people that came in after me were given their food quickly. I asked for a refund and they stood in front of me arguing about who would give a refund. Someone in the back was asked to come up front to do it and the woman asked someone in front if they could do it and she said no she was busy.....all the was doing was pulling a box across the floor.
Long story short, the older lady that claimed I could not get a strawberry lemonade because she was cleaning the machine (even though she was putting all the lemonade into a large plastic jar) got a attitude and said "what you want" when someone asked if she would take my order, then stopped herself and asked me again in another rude way (more professional to her I guess).
Everyone in there looked right through me as though I wasn't even standing there yet anyone of color that came in got served right away and got their food. Sad thing is, I'm not white, I'm a pale Mexican. It's sad and I hate even stating this because I hate those who pull the race card, especially with me because I know what it is like to be discriminated against but this situation fully warrants it.
"What you want" "shawty" and "nuttin" should not be in a restaurants vocabulary.
All the women in this store are just plain rude and need a etiquette class.
By the time I got my refund, I had already seen the 44 grotesque pictures a ex employee had put up on google and was more than happy just to leave.
Everything happens for a reason.
I wouldn't return for any...
Read moreI honestly love the food , 4 times I came here since I’ve moved down to G.A and 4 times I haven’t been completely happy with the service provided. It’s the attitude for me , they try to mask it but you Know when you go somewhere and you get that feeling that your not wanted there ? Is sort of like that . My fiancée was ordering and as the lady spoke back to her I cringed every single time , it got me mad the way they were sorta trying to rush her through our order . You can feel the carelessness for us as costumers . I don’t understand why you would work in a costumer service environment just to not have patience to deal with your customers. Especially a nice and gentle one. The thing that got to me was that after this we went to Dunkin’s donuts drive thru , and got absolutely the total opposite service . We actually got a “Hi there welcome to Dunkin’s, maybe a take your order?” And the “Would that be all ? Okay thank you please pull up to the Window, and the “thank you have a nice day” . Dang , and I didn’t get any of this at Arbys. I can’t make this up, manager if your reading this please provide more training . Being just a little nicer really does go...
Read moreI walk by this restaurant every every weekday on the way home from work. I used to go to grab a good bite to eat, but after several disappointed personal experiences which include missing or wrong orders and the business closing as early as 4pm... as well as seeing several recent negative reviews, including one review that submitted 44 pictures by what I assumed to be an ex-employee, I never be dining there again. (Thank you by the way. It is always refreshing to see these types of reactions from employees brave enough to call out a business's poor practices.)
The final straw? Today I decided to buy through Uber eats dinner for me and my wife. Not only was my order missing several items, But the fish that I got was burnt. I decided to try to phone this location's manager, but the phone rang and rang and rang until finally I was disconnected. When I tried calling immediately again, all I got was a busy signal.
So, that experience, coupled with all of the negative recent reviews that have been posted, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I now await the COPY/PASTE and very impersonal reply from the...
