I'm used to very tasty Mexican food from taco shops in Southern California and this place did not disappoint. The food was very good, the workers were very nice, the price was super fair, and the food came out quick but was still cooked fresh to order. The red salsa was damn good and the green was good too. I did not try the tacos so can't speak to the tortillas but the Torta was great. The bread for the sandwich was very good. The pastor meat choice was flavorful and cooked correctly. The toppings were fresh and had a great ratio of meat, beans, melted cheese and veggies. I definitely recommend this spot. Oh yeah, yes it's in the Texaco gas station, don't be turned off, give it a try. P.s. pleasant surprise,...

I ordered the Carne Asada platter (one of their most expensive items), and couldn't believe how tough the steak was! 😖 Could only eat maybe half of it, since it was seasoned well at least. (No avocado slices to be seen.) The Grilled Chicken Salad had tasty chicken, but included no Spring Mix whatsoever- all iceberg lettuce and no grape tomatoes, only bland, sliced tomatoes. 😒 With few ingredients, You should let people know if you have to make substitutions like this. IDK, maybe their Breakfast Burritos and Tacos are...
Read moreWhat a hidden gem! I was not expecting such delicious food from a little taqueria in a gas station. I stopped by here one night to grab some takeout on my way home and was blown away. The woman who made the food (all fresh to order) was very sweet and an incredible chef. It's inside the Texaco gas station, so not the nicest ambience for anything like a date night, but would totally recommend for takeout. We got the queso, tilapia tacos, and carne asada platter, and had plenty left over for breakfast and lunch the next day. I can't wait to go back to try some of the other specialties...
