I had heard about this place a few weeks ago and decided to come check it out. I needed a prenatal massage and not everyone knows the safety precautions to take on an 8 month prego patient, not to mention all the Covid safety guidelines to follow but this therapist came highly recommended by a friend so after much research, I felt comfortable enough to go to the actual spa. After all, I wanted a deep tissue massage. Thank you SO MUCH Consuela Whitfield for taking my aches and pains away! I honestly didn’t think it would be possible but you have gifted hands!!! Went to consuela for services which she states she was giving a package deal I paid in full for supposed to be 5 sessions she doesn’t communicate at all with her clients don’t schedule appointments as needed tried to lie and say she text me appointment then try to apologize for lying saying it was a look over I ask for my refund for services I did not recieve from her she lied again saying she will send it over haven’t still I do not recommend anyone to spend money at this location terrible customer service and not honest worst part I’m post op from a bbl in need my massages I hate I even trusted this business...

I was literally in tears and almost went to the emergency room because I was experiencing a migraine so severe I could barely think.
