5/3/23 I arrived around 3:00 pm & there were 2 people at the register putting change in the drawer. I patiently waited for 5 minutes or so. Ms. Jades took my order. I asked if they were no longer giving points & she advised I needed to take a picture of the scan code & put them in. I advised I did not have my phone it was in the car & could she redo the order & add my phone number. She said no & I replied that was not very customer friendly.
I have been visiting this location for over 2 years & never had such an experience like this. There were 3 people working behind the counter & only one customer behind me who ha d just walked in.
