This place is always top quality food. Pictures in the bowl is their volcano roll, my favorite. Crabstick, avocado, and cream cheese topped with shredded crab mixed with spicy mayo. In the other picture is their Crazy Salmon Roll (Left) and asahi special roll (Right.) They put a lot of time and effort into making each roll amazing. My only gripe is the waiters always seem to take their time, especially once you are done with your food and need the check. The food, however, was so good that I went back and got the same thing 2 nights in a row. If you don't mind the rolls being on average $11+, it is a fantastic choice and you cannot go wrong.

Looking to try a new sushi spot and came across other great reviews of Asahi so we gave it a try tonight. Our waiter Daniel was very attentive and provided great recommendations on different roles and each one was delicious. We can’t wait to come back and try more rolls as our stomachs ran out of room. A few rolls we tried, Johnson Ferry, Love Love and Atomic Bomb all amazing and would order again. We can’t wait to go back with friends.

What's the point in making reservations if they treat u like u walked in off street. 25 minutes an still no chef at our grill. Wait...exactly 30 minutes before he came. Show was cute, the chef lively and engaging. The server sucked. 5 seats needed rice, never came. So while chef left the grill to get their rice, my entree, shrimp, overcooked big time an turned to rubber. All in all a good time was had.

We came in without a reservation just after 7 pm. Another party that had a reservation was seated and there was enough room left at the table for the 3 of us so we were seated with them. The table on the other side of the room was seated right before us and their server came out and took their orders, brought them drinks and they had their soup long before a server even acknowledged our group was there. It was 7:40 before a server came to our table. I’m not sure if a member of the other party had complained or not but once a server did arrive everything felt very rushed after that. Our chef was fun, he threw eggs at our faces, missed most of our mouths making quite a mess for whoever had to clean the floor later. When the bill came it was all given to one person with the other party. Even though we were seated separately and never interacted with the other group she put us all on one check. We had to wait quite a while for her to return and correct it, it was after 9 pm before we were able to pay and leave. We all ordered the same thing, steak and all 3 of us had upset stomachs about...

My shadow will never darken the door of this establishment again. Don't care what the food is like, don't even know what the food is like. Served an okay standard ginger salad. The usual and nothing unusual. The soup was hot, weak in flavor and overdone with shredded onion. After arriving for a reservation on time and being quickly seated, we also waited 10 minutes to see anyone - over 20 some odd minutes to place an order and finally after an hour our chef arrives. But wait our party of six had the extreme misfortune of being seated with a gluten-intolerant party of three. Chef informs us 'they first' as not to contaminate the grill. Sorry this is unacceptable service. We could not wait any longer. Poorly run, poorly managed. REAL SPOILER. They charged us almost $50.00 for what probably amounted to a carton of broth with some meager stuff thrown in it, maybe a head of iceberg lettuce and a few drinks. Unacceptable folks! Not a good way to...

Terrible customer service!!! Took my family of 4 out for dinner last night, and decided we wanted hibachi, we’ve been to Asahi several times, but never been disrespected as we were last night. On the way to dinner one of my kids was not feeling well, so I dropped off my wife at Asahi to get things going. Normally, there is a wait between sitting down at a table and the start of the show. So, I decided to take my sick kid home, about 20 min round trip, and get back in time for the show. When my wife told the hostess the plan, she was flabbergasted and rudely told my wife to wait at the front. I would understand if this was a night were there was long waiting lines, but not the case last night. I’ve sat and waited for extended periods of time at this restaurant for my show to start when they are busy and never complained. So, I fully expected them to accommodate my minor delay last night. Very...
