Austin's is really great; the only reason I didn't five star it is price. The quality is great and on par with the excellent sit down places around here. Downside is that for $21 you get a small burrito and a cup of guac and chips. At similar restaurants, the size of the burrito is probably 60% more and the quality is equal. I think it's a small franchise owned by a single entrepreneur and I will continue to support the business now and then as I can. The unfortunate part is that I will still have to go to competitors 75% of the time due to pricing. I think if the burritos were larger or the prices a bit less, the place would be a lot busier. I was also very disappointed to find out that they no longer offer carnitas or pork, for those who don't do chicken or steak. They are very friendly, and Im glad they are there to offer me a different option when I'm feeling like being a little frivolous with my lunch budget. The food really is good, so despite the drawbacks, I do recommend trying them out and adding them to your lunch rotations.

(Before) So far, this was the WORST burrito I’ve ever had. I am so furious, I payed almost 50$ just for a burrito and a small cup of DISGUSTING QUESO. The queso sucks it’s really clumpy and mid. The burrito was so cold, like I have never received food this cold. The burrito was soggy and barely could hold it’s self together, There were many holes and soggy burrito juice just spilling out. Oh yes, I also forgot to mention that I ordered FRIES not potato tots. (By the the way the potato tots were awful). I didn’t even receive my drink. This was one of my worst experiences with getting food. I have never been this mad over food, but I wasted 50$ for THIS?! I’m disgusted, I didn’t even finish my food. UPDATE: So I decided to give this place another try, the staff seem friendly and I received my food quickly. Food was nice and hot. Good pricing and the food was actually really good. I decided to turn my 1 star review into a star. I guess last time I visited it was a misunderstanding.

This restaurant has good burritos and you can actually have a beer or one of their margaritas in a nice and clean setting. It is certainly more personalized than Moe’s or Chipotle, and there is one thing that I like most: the owner and overall staff are personally attentive. I brought something to the owner’s attention, and he made it right with me very quickly. He takes ownership of everything the restaurant offers, and that is difficult to find. This is a nice restaurant to take the family to, and it’s great that there is personalized investment and involvement from a local ownership, rather than some distant corporate office. I am looking-forward to some delicious burritos at Austin’s very soon.

This is a painful one to leave and I’d love to change it back to 5 stars in the future.

Austin’s was one of our favvvv lunch spots for the past couple years. The only burrito spot we’d go. Almost always, it felt like the $20 burritos were worth the price. Only once in a while would we receive considerably smaller burritos, generally only after new staff was hired and it didn’t seem like they’d been fully trained possibly. But generally, it was like holding a newborn baby in burrito form. Massive, packed well, ingredients not all on one end or the other, so good.

In the last month or two, the burrito sizes have gotten soo much smaller. Not worth the price being charged anymore. My husband always gets carne asada, on one visit, his burrito had NO steak whatsoever! I had to drive back (after having picked up the order and driven home) to get a new burrito. His most recent burrito had 4 bites with steak. For a burrito that ends up being just over $20, that’s really unacceptable. This most recent burrito was also smaller than the normal roadie size, although he ordered a regular size burrito. My burritos always used to last me two meals, I never finished a full burrito in one sitting until a month or so ago. I’ve never been left hungry after eating a burrito until recently either. I should be in borderline pain after eating a whole burrito 😂

Really hoping that portion sizes can get figured out and back to normal so that we can trust getting burritos from...

Really glad we found this place. After recently moving to the area, I was a bit bummed out to find out that the nearest Chipotle was 20 minutes away. Yesterday my wife and I were eating frozen yogurt next door, and decided to look up reviews for Austin’s. We saw they were good, so we checked out the menu. We were pleasantly surprised that they had burrito bowls.

We ordered a chicken bowl and a steak bowl along with a side of guacamole, side of queso and bag of chips. Everything was really delicious. My wife and I shared bowls so we could see how both proteins tasted. Neither of us could decide which we liked better. The guacamole and queso were also really good.

So today we decided to go back again. My wife got the chicken bowl, and I got the brisket. Let me just say WOW. THE BRISKET IS AMAZING. Really good tender brisket and it was loaded up high. I’m a big eater and I could barely finish my bowl.

The staff both times we went consisted of all young ladies. They were all very pleasant and professional. The restaurant was clean and pretty cool looking.

I’m happy this place is only a few miles from home. I can see us frequenting them once or twice a week. I honestly like them better than Chipotle, although I don’t think the two should be directly compared. Austin’s seems to have more hints of authentic Mexican food than Chipotle does. Being that they both sell burrito bowls though, I can see why...

I had heard about this place from some folks at work, so I decided to take the fam up for a rainy day field trip. WELL worth the drive from Lawrenceville! We all had the steak, so I can’t comment on the other items (in this review anyways) on the menu.

The steak bowl was incredible. Selected the ingredients - I love that they offer fresh cilantro...other burrito bowl locations do not. Speaking of fresh, ALL the ingredients we were served were fresh. The steak was literally right off the grill, hot and fall apart tender - not steak cubes that have been sitting in a bin since last nights shift. Amazing!

Let’s talk about the chips. Chips, are not all created equal. Theirs are light, thin and equally as fresh. Hot right out of the chip making machine...whatever a chip making machine is :). Some of them were seasoned, I liked the ones that had less seasoning on them. That may be an option I could have asked for and likely will next time. But they were great. Wish I had opted for the guac to try them on.

I’d give em 6 stars if I could! Great job guys, keep up the great work and we will...
