Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Georgia

I felt the need to write a review of this particular location. I had an excellent experience today while dining in. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by smiling staff. While I was at the counter ordering my food another customer at a table had a spill; as soon as the staff saw this three employees ran to clean up the spill. Then, while we were still getting our drinks our food was ready and the employee approached us and asked at what table we would like to sit at and proceeded to take our food to the table. He neatly placed the food the napkins and sauce at the table. As we were eating two customers came in and one was a younger man and the other an elder in a wheelchair. Immediately the employee went to a table took one of the chairs away so that the younger gentleman could place the man in the wheelchair there. Before anything else could be said or done the Zaxby's employee was at their table with menu in hand and said I'll be right back to take your order. Within a couple of minutes he wad back at the table with tablet in hand to take their order. He then brought out their drinks and in no time their food as well. The employees there showed attentiveness and kindness to everyone who walked through the door. As we were getting ready to leave one of the employees came to the table and took our trash and cleaned the table right away. In all honesty I have never had such a pleasant experience at a fast food restaurant before. All of the employees deserve to be recognized and a raise as well. Kuddos to...

Every single time I go they always screw up my order. I told the girl I wanted 2 signature sandwiches and 2 fries. No drink. So she reads my order back as 2 meals. I told her again. So I watched her take 2 dollars off. Again she reads 2 signature meals. No just sandwiches and fries. So she said i put in 2 meals and took off the drinks is that ok? I thought if thats the only way you can figure it out ok. I checked the receipt (not good enough). And she put in 2 clubs. Wow!! I call another girl over and told her and i gave her me my receit and she got the manager. I told him and he gives me some money back. Kept my receipt. He corrected my order. I got it to go. When I got home I realized that she had charged me for 4 fries so I paid for those fries which i only ordered 2 so the money he gave me back wasn't anything of what the cost was and the fries were cold after I told her to make them crispy. Smart thinking keeping the receipt!! They must take training of how to rip off...

Went through drive thru and ordered three meals. One for my wife, son and myself. So three plates. I got my order and checked it as they are not always accurate. They weren't accurate. I tapped on the window and associates were too busy talking to open up. I pulled up and go inside, have to wait at the counter, when I finally get up there the kid behind the register says he has to ask the manager about replacing it. She says she needs the receipt.....I look over she can see me, I can see her... SHE IS THE ONE WHO HANDED ME THE FOOD IN THE DRIVE THRU. Absolutely had to have the reciept, so I go to the car get the reciept come back in and have to stand in line AGAIN, then wait another 5 minutes to get my replacement sandwich. Terrible service, and to know I just came through the drive thru and require a reciept is ridiculous. Will not be going here in the future as I don't support businesses who punish their customers for the...
