If you want a plate full of fries or broiled seafood and you don’t want to spend $30-$40, 💸 then you should definitely check out the hidden gem known as @baybreezeseafoodrestaurant located in multiple locations around town; I usually hit up the one in Mableton, but google for more options. The menu hasn’t really changed in 15 years (except the prices) and that’s not a bad thing if you just want fried seafood! The fried green tomatoes 🍅 make an excellent appetizer (only 8.95), but I like the fried veggie combo which adds mushrooms 🍄‍🟫 and zucchini!! Also make sure you get your seafood tossed in the lemon pepper seasoning…adds some delicious extra flavor to the food!🍤🍤🍤🍤🍤🍤⁣ .⁣ .⁣ .⁣ #atlanta #atlantaeats #atlantafood #atlantanights #atleats #atlfoodie #atlfoodies #atllashes #atlnightlife #atlphotographer #atlrestaurants #beautyindustry #beautytips #dessert #discoveratl #drinks #exploreatl #foodblogger #foodies #foodiesofinstagram #foodlover #foodpics #friedfish #nailfie #nailsofinstagram #nailtech #supportlocal #sweets #explorepage #thingstodoinatlanta

If you’re from the city of Atlanta, then your parents or aunties have taken you to #BayBreeze either in Mableton or some other location at some point in your life. However with so many new people living here, I bet there’s a bunch of people who have never heard of it. Essentially, if you love broiled or fried seafood at a much cheaper cost than anything else intown, then check out this place!! They give you soooo much food; and if you get the Captain’s platter, you can probably split it with another person! Do yourself a favor and go!! #atlanta #atlantaeats #atlantafood #atlantafoodie #atleats #atlfoodblogger #atlfoodies #atlrestaurants #blackfoodblogger #cheflife #creolefood

Mother's Day.  Had some business early afternoon in Mableton.  Around 1:45 PM my Little Princess said she was hungry.  When I mention Krystal, I got "the look".  She wasn't aware that we were already enroute to Bay Breeze. Very busy even at 2:00 PM, but only a ten minute wait for a couple.  Quickly seated, service was punctual.  Our selections were the Captain's Platter and the three seafood selection platter, catfish, shrimp, and oysters, with a cup of chowder.  Both sides were fried okra and Cole slaw.  The seasoning of the fried food was very good.  Oysters and shrimp cooked just right.  The fish for both orders was a little overcooked.  Chowder was much better than expected for this style of restaurant.  Okra was very good.  Cole slaw was a little too sweet for us.  And, the sweet tea was just way too sweet to enjoy.  In summation, we felt the food was just OK.  Inclined to try the brand again if we come across a location in our travels on a less busy day. The service was most excellent!  Michelle knew the menu quite well.  Very business like, yet personable, easily taking care of several adjoining tables and extremely patient with indecisive diners on a very busy day!  She is one of the top waitresses we have come across in recent years.  The food runner in our area was extremely customer service oriented.

On Sunday me and my family planned to have a dinner at your location on Veteran Memorial Drive. This location was in no way convenient for the majority of my family however it was the one most were familiar with. Long story short we were greeted fine and accommodated well as we didn’t have a definite number of people in our party. Quintin was our server and just to back up Josie was the hostess. Ok we eat and while most locations tell customers up front or have something posted that there is an automatic gratuity this was not the case. Ok fine there were 4 separate checks requested ALL 4 were wrong apparently. My son inquired about it not knowing what or who was paying what and didn’t get an answer. So him being obviously confused when all 3 tables were in uproar because he had literally cashed people out and then came back with more bills for everyone. This was terrible and unprofessional to say the least. Speaking of unprofessional my daughter in law whom was quiet because she is due any day now was targeted for no known reason by the hostess Josie who made blunt accusations that her meal was not paid for and she continued to point at her like she wanted to get a reaction out of her which was very strange and again unprofessional. So we went ahead and paid the tickets and lastly I stopped Josie and asked don’t you think you owe us an apology especially my daughter in law? She rolled her eyes at her and looked at me and said I will apologize to you only! I was floored and Quinton can attest to this terrible. UNPROFESSIONAL behavior exemplified by your employee and the first face you see upon visiting this establishment FIX IT!! I don’t know what would make me come back there if this is the expectations and behavior displayed for customers who spend their hard earned monies simply trying to enjoy time spent with their families after all of the chaos we have dealt within the last few years.

I expect at least an apology to my entire family from both or your company as a whole and whatever you think a customer deserves as well.

Please do better and make sure that Bay Breeze reputation is redeemed by my family and future customers in regards to this behavior incurred. Thank...

We dined in at Bay Breeze this afternoon in hopes for some good-tasting reasonably priced seafood. Unfortunately, it was the worst meal that I have had in 2022. The server was extremely helpful and had good customer service skills, but the food lacked in flavor and execution. I was not expecting to have so many hiccups. We ordered a fettuccine (kid's meal pasta), fried calamari appetizer, the Friday and Saturday special (platter with chicken tenders, perch, and popcorn shrimp), and the "four for $12.95" special (broiled white fish, baked white fish, Texas toast, salad and seafood gumbo).

The fettuccine (kid's meal pasta) was dry and bland, but my son liked it after adding salt and pepper. The fried calamari was also good. My mother in law's salad had wilted greens. Her "gumbo" (red broth, white fish soup with veggies) arrived late. They replaced it with clam chowder that did not look right either. We had to send back several items (lemonade with weird taste, incorrect fish, undercooked whitefish, questionable gumbo and clam chowder soups, bland shrimp, fish and chicken tenders) and ended up cancelling two entrees off the full order, after I tasted a dirty sweet potato.

At this point, we requested the check so we could leave. Our server (and management) agreed to remove the two entrees (with food issues) and I appreciated that. My son and I felt sick after tasting the red cocktail sauce that had been on our table. I appreciate the good customer service throughout the experience, but would not return to this location...

I can’t believe how high the ratings are for this restaurant. Me and my boyfriend’s food was NASTY! For apps, we got fried green tomatoes - they were bland, but salt and the sauce for them made them better. We also got potato SKINS… they weren’t hollowed out like skins at all. It was basically potatoes cut in half, then in half again with bacon and cheese on top. For food, I got the pick 4. Caesar salad wasn’t tossed in the dressing, but the lettuce was very fresh and crisp. Clam chowder had basically no flavor. I rarely add additional salt to my food, but the clam chowder absolutely required it in order to taste like anything at all. The hush puppies are rings instead of rounded balls, and they were tasty. My fried grouper was mid. It was well seasoned , but the breading didn’t stay on, and the filet was mushy and greasy. My boyfriend got the bay breeze platter. Whatever that deviled crab is made of, is so damn NASTY!! The scallops? NASTY! Couldn't figure out the difference between the 2 types of fish that came with the platter - I believe it was supposed to be catfish and flounder, which both have very different tastes. The 2 stars comes from the waiter being kind, but he even left us hanging towards the end of our meal. The restaurant looks decent, but the inside and the outside could both use a good...
