If I could leave no stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and read this entire post before purchasing anything from here. This Farmers is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I bought a reclining couch and floor model table set in February and paid a one hundred dollar delivery fee. The manager, Roxanne, is extremely rude and unprofessional, she canceled delivery of my furniture twice and didn’t inform me until I called. Then she, very rudely, told me if I couldn’t help the delivery guy deliver the furniture, that she had no clue when she’d be able to deliver it. I had to hire a moving company for an extra four hundred dollars to go pick up my furniture. When I went to pick it up they tried to say they couldn’t do pick ups on that day even though I had called earlier to confirm. They also informed me that they forgot to take the table set off the floor and had already sold it to someone else. I had to call twice to get the refund for my delivery fee and a refund for the tables, and Roxanne was extremely rude both times. The icing on the cake is that, after having the couch only seven months, two of the legs snapped off. Making the couch unusable! The couch costs over a thousand dollars and the legs were held onto the couch with staples! I had to contact the customer service email and the customer service messaging system before a representative named Edward Chatman finally called me back. He told me he would talk to the store manager about getting me a refund. He still had not called back after two weeks, so I called him. He was extremely unhelpful, and he had the audacity to only offer a hundred dollars of store credit to compensate for a broken, thousand dollar couch, that was purchased in February. I informed him that offer was unacceptable and he refused to offer anything more. Nothing can be purchased at a furniture store for a hundred dollars; this was a ploy by the company to get me to spend more money rather than resolving the situation. I will never, ever buy anything from this chain again, and I’m telling everyone I know to steer clear of this place. Another member of my family was going to buy from this company, and went to a competitor after hearing of my experience. They just bought over fifteen thousand dollars worth of furniture from Ashley Furniture and had a much better experience.

Farmers home is forever my favorite furniture store. Ms.Crystal is my ray of sunshine every time I talk to her, she’s literally always willing to help & will literally go the extra mile. The delivery team I had was so sweet & cool, lots of laughs & giggles, they were so professional & friendly. I am absolutely IN LOVE with this sectional & big thanks to Ms. Crystal for helping me persuade my husband into letting me get this bad boy AND the table šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ©· love this team! It gets no better than Farmers home furniture.

Great selections to choose from. The financing was simple and took less than an hour and the price was excellent and I definitely got my moneys worth. The Mableton GA sales people are really cool and helpful and the delivery guys did a great job considering since I live on the third floor.

Manager Roxanne is horrible. She’s rude inconsiderate and pure out unprofessional. While having covid, she yelled and belittled me while telling me she would send the police to my house, while calling me hateful in the process. I asked for corporates number,she laughed gave me the number and stated ā€œthat there not going to do anything anyway.ā€ And she was right. After calling corporate several times. And reading all the negative reviews this is something that she has been getting away with and the company feels ok with letting her represent them in this way.She illegally processed my bank card without my knowledge or permission so I am in the legalities of dealing with this as well. She lied and said that she did t do it. And when I told her that I was pressing charges she got upset and said that I was hateful and she doesn’t have to do anything. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Try Rooms to go first. They’re cheaper and more...

Terrible customer service! They were supposed to deliver a washer/dryer between 8-12 on Sat. The guy called at 11:15 and said he had one tv delivery and would be heading my way. At 3 I called and was told he just left the store heading my way. The MANAGER was with him when he arrived and never apologized. They didn’t have the cords so the MANAGER said the delivery guy would bring them out on Mon and hook everything up. Then when they were leaving he said it would be Tues. I called to confirm and the receptionist said the MANAGER would be bringing it after 6:30 since that is when I said I would be home from work. I rushed home from work and no one ever showed or called. Now I have a useless washer/dryer sitting in the middle of my laundry room and cords that I paid for and didn’t get....
