This Farmers is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I bought a reclining couch and floor model table set in February and paid a one hundred dollar delivery fee. The manager, Roxanne, is extremely rude and unprofessional, she canceled delivery of my furniture twice and didnāt inform me until I called. Then she, very rudely, told me if I couldnāt help the delivery guy deliver the furniture, that she had no clue when sheād be able to deliver it. I had to hire a moving company for an extra four hundred dollars to go pick up my furniture. When I went to pick it up they tried to say they couldnāt do pick ups on that day even though I had called earlier to confirm. They also informed me that they forgot to take the table set off the floor and had already sold it to someone else. I had to call twice to get the refund for my delivery fee and a refund for the tables, and Roxanne was extremely rude both times.
The icing on the cake is that, after having the couch only seven months, two of the legs snapped off. Making the couch unusable! The couch costs over a thousand dollars and the legs were held onto the couch with staples!
I had to contact the customer service email and the customer service messaging system before a representative named Edward Chatman finally called me back. He told me he would talk to the store manager about getting me a refund. He still had not called back after two weeks, so I called him. He was extremely unhelpful, and he had the audacity to only offer a hundred dollars of store credit to compensate for a broken, thousand dollar couch, that was purchased in February. I informed him that offer was unacceptable and he refused to offer anything more. Nothing can be purchased at a furniture store for a hundred dollars; this was a ploy by the company to get me to spend more money rather than resolving the situation.
I will never, ever buy anything from this chain again, and Iām telling everyone I know to steer clear of this place. At 3 I called and was told he just left the store heading my way. The MANAGER was with him when he arrived and never apologized.
