Bruster's Real Ice Cream — Restaurant in Georgia

I've been coming here for years with my family but the past several visits have been disappointing. Their ice cream typically consists of the base vanilla with the other flavors mixed in to it, which makes total sense. However, the problem is the scoops we've been getting have so little of the other mix-ins, it is basically like eating straight vanilla ice cream. If I order a nutter butter flavor, I expect some peanut butter and nutter butter pieces. Instead I get one little chunk of a nutter butter and the rest vanilla ice cream. We got here at 10 minutes before closing just past Friday night after I picked up my son and his friend from a high school football game. The staff did not hesitate to help us and the few other people who showed up at close as well. From someone who has been in customer service for almost all of my life, I think these employees did a remarkable job. They were friendly, they smiled, and they acted like they were happy that we were there even though that meant that it was going to take longer for them to close down for the night. Brusters has always been a favorite of mine, but it had been a while since I’ve been back and took my boyfriend and was extremely disappointed. He ordered a large and received the medium cup with only 2 scoops in it, when we said he wanted two scoops of each flavor he ordered. I ordered a regular and wanted 3 scoops of different flavors and only received 2 of the flavors I ordered. Missing the chocolate raspberry truffle which is the main reason I even go to Brusters.
