Read moreSo I waited to write this a few days so I could cool down. This was by far one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever experienced. I took my wife and mom here on Saturday May 1st. We were seated we waited about 15 minutes before a server came over to ask what we wanted to drink. We got 3 cokes and an order of cheese sticks. We got the cokes and cheese sticks about 15 minutes later by the expo person. No clue where our server is. Then the server goes to the table next to ours who came in after us to take their order he looks over to us and says "sorry I'll be with you in a minute." we wait and wait and wait mean while our drinks are empty and we see the server look over at us several times while attending to other tables I was dying of thirst so I go find a random server to get our drinks which the random server comes right out with. About 10 minutes later our server has time to take our order he apologizes and tells me the kitchen is really backed up (he is unaware that we were just upset that we wanted our drinks refilled) . We ordered wings fries and 3 steak tacos our food comes out about 20 minutes later. We eat the food was good but we all run out of coke and once again, no server I was just so frustrated at this point I just hold out my debit card to pay he came right over for that and hurried to get the receipt to me so I can give a tip which I gave $5 I should not have given any money for that kind of horrible service. It took us 1 hour and 20 minutes to order food and eat that is unacceptable. I have never had such bad service any where. $72 meal to be treated that way. I love buffalos but I will probably not be back and that's too bad. We frequented the old restaurant, but this new one in the same location was a very bad experience. First, we had to wait 45 minutes at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday. They have been open for over a month so I understand the wait little bit.However, they had two different sections of the restaurant that were for only 21 and up. Which restricted the amount of tables for families with kids. And why can’t the restriction for 21 and up be lifted until after 9 PMAfter waiting 45 minutes, we were seated and then it took another 10 minutes to get a server. We ordered two appetizers, but only got one of them, because the waitress didn’t know we were serious about our second appetizer. She should have confirmed with us before walking away. Our first appetizer took 20 minutes to get to the table. It took an hour to get our actual meal out. This is even after complaining. When we realized we weren’t getting our second appetizer and we were told it would still be a while on the food, we decided to order something quick like fried pickles. Another 15 or 20 minutes later we didn’t have that appetizer After we were told again our meal was going to be a while, and our two-year-old was done sitting there.I asked for a manager.
