Burger King — Restaurant in Georgia

There were 3 main complaints... First, on the order screen it says"we now have cheesy tots!" but when I tried to order them I was told they're seasonal and they dont have them. I gotopull up to the window and the cashier is hanging a DUSTPAN OUT THE WINDOW so the person sweeping didn't have to carry it outside then she pulled it back through the window into the building..ew. Lastly, I asked for2 ranches and was told to pull up and my order would be brought out to me even though there was no one behind me. There were no ranches so I said "excuse me" to the lady (SAMANTHA) and she blatantly ignored me and was back inside before I could even catch her. Eventually some nice old lady's in the restaurant saw what had happened, got up from their meal, and requested an employee form outside to assist me....

I ordered the original chicken sandwich, and I specifically asked for the chicken patty to be freshly cooked, which they said they would. When I got my chicken sandwich, it tasted like it had sat under the heat lamp for hours. It was nasty. They also had a bad attitude. I ordered through the drive thru and they kept rushing us through our order and her all around attitude was horrible. I also ordered mozzarella sticks and they said they were out of marinara sauce, ugh. When I went to eat my mozzarella sticks, they had cooked all the cheese out. Last but not least the French fries were so salty, could not eat them.

This is not the first time Burger King. Y'all need to hire some good employees if you want...

Had the worse burger king today at this location. Went thru drive thru about 3:20 pm and had 1 car a head of us. When it was our turn to order we were asked to wait...5 minutes later we ordered 2 original chicken sandwich meals. Get to the window and the 1 car was waiting. After waiting another 13 minutes (had there not been a car behind us we would have left) we got our food. Drove home (12 minutes away) and finally sat down to eat. Open my sandwich and it is so hard and dry it had to be sitting under the heat lamps at least a hour. Just plain horrible. Fries were mediocre. Other chicken sandwich you can tell was old as well but not quite as bad as mine. So disappointing after wanting that...
