Absolutely HORRID service. Drive thru staff too busy complaining to co-workers and myself about some elderly lady who order something to do with hot dog, to help me when I pulled up to window. While I normally know that managers aren't aware of these things unless they happen upon it, she came to the very so window I was at messing with register, reports I assume, and did nothing to shut them up while paying customer at window with it standing wide open. The lady that tool my order got smart with me as I didn't know they had bone in versus not wings. I have stopped at this Checkers 3119 a number of times and it's same EVERY time. Rude staff, piss poor service, borderline food. Tried to call the store after I drove off and no answer , as the lady in drive thru ignored me when I tried to get extra ranch packet which when she finally acknowledged me got pissy that I had to pay which I could care less about 50 cents isn't going to kill me, but by that time she was so worried about complaining about the old lady she took my money and didn't even give me the VERY DAMNED ranch she was so worried I pay for. Worries that the manager will fire them because I am at the window ordering instead of the computerized intercom that couldnāt understand what I was trying to order and would not accept the order. Then as I was placing my order with the employee she was constantly rushing me trying to get me out from in front of the window so that timer would stop. I ordered 10 original burgers and they both acted as though that was to much work for them to do, complaining that they were gonna have to cook fresh burgers instead of just taking my order and being polite. I spend a lot of money at checkers at various times and have been a loyal customer of theirs for years now and have never been as pissed off at an employee as I was tonight. When I asked to speak to the manager the girl who said her name was gracie said she was the manager and I would have to call the store tomorrow to get my money after they counted to see if they were over and rudely hurried me out of the way for other customers waiting behind me.
