My wife and I visited this location 10:10 am on August 24. It is the closest location to our house, so we come here not infrequently. Leaving four stars because even though our order was incomplete, the lady was very friendly, with a good attitude, and the food we did receive was great. However, we ordered a bagel with honey, small fruit cup and sweet tea for my wife, a chicken burrito with salsa and small coffee for myself. We did not receive straws for the drinks, or salsa for the burrito, which are minor inconveniences. But we did not receive the fruit cup, which the receipt shows we did pay for. We will definitely come back, even though we were a little disappointed, because we have had very good service here in the past. Response from management is welcome! :) Edit on 10.31.2018. This location is becoming a disappointment to me! Extremely long waits. This time turned in my order on the mobile app three minutes before arrival, waited another 5 to 7 minutes for the order to be ready. Was simply a yogurt parfait and a large tea. Not that that is so bad, but it is not on par with any other location I have been to. This visit was at 6:35 AM, parking lot almost completely empty. Edit again, 09.26.19. Ordered a yogurt parfait with cookie crumbs. Will take a picture and post it of the unopened yogurt. Less than half the normal amount. Edit again, 09.10.20. This place is the only location I have ever been to, that struggles this badly to get an order correct.    Read moreMade an order today at the drive through and then we started to wait. After being stuck in a 10+ car line with nothing happening, I asked an attendant what was up "I dont know." After 10 minutes I said "Look we have to go, can you get us out of here? Theres been no movement" and we were told that the cars in front of us "all ordered chicken nuggets, so theres no point asking them to park since there will still be a wait." I explained "No, we need to leave. You already gave the two cars ahead of us their only order (soft drinks) and they have been waiting to leave for 10 minutes too." After 25 minutes in line in the drive through with no way to get out, I called the store - apparently they didnt think it important to get cars out that had been waiting 20+ minutes after getting their food since "theres no point parking them since they are waiting on chicken nuggets."
At this point we are 25 minutes in line, we are going to be late for a party, and desperately needed to leave and they did nothing. Why would you leave cars that paid, got their food (or the car in front of us just ordered a drink, thats it), and then make them wait 20-25 minutes because "you didnt want to park the cars in front".
This was the worst experience I have had at chick-fil-a and its enough that it turned me off the franchise at this point. What the crap folks. We make a point to eat at you all in store when we can, drive through when we cant, and I think...

We get to the window and the girl says she has no record of our order so she said we would have to place our order again. My husband told me to look up my card to make sure it didnât charge the first time so I did. And it was on there so we showed it to the girl at the window and she said she was going to ring it up again and not charge since we had already paid. So this morning I look at my account and I have 2 charges from them for the same amount. So I call them and ask to speak to the manager and she says send me a screenshot of your account to this number so I did. Then I get a phone call from this lady telling me that it didnât charge me at all that they gave me my food for free!! I tried to explain to her that we didnât get our food for free instead we got double charged. She was very rude and tried to tell me how long she had worked there. She was very rude and unprofessional. Of course I got rude back when she kept saying we got our food for free. I called my card and they took the extra charge off.
