Do Not Go To This Location! If i could give this location -0 stars i would! I’ve had 2 consecutive visits with this location & they were all terrible. My first visit they double charged me for someone else order without telling me. & claimed my card was declined but it wasn’t. Whoever is working in the front needs to pay more attention & communicate better with the people outside taking orders. It took me 3 days to get this charge dropped from my bank & resolved because i paid for something i didn’t even order. With all the inconvenience i went through i was never offered a courtesy for all of that. I spoke to the manager Issac & he acted like he was irritable with me! It wasn’t my fault that happened in the first place! My second time going I had a free large fry with my rewards & i also had a coupon for a free original chicken sandwich & i also ordered a lemonade. When i got to the window they said i owe $7.60. I said the only thing i’m paying for is my drink how is it $7.60? They then told me i owe $10. How?? I asked to speak to the manager her name is Nicole. Off the bat she was very unpleasant & rude. I was already upset they were trying to charge way more then what i was supposed to pay for, mind you this is their second time messing up my charge for my order. I told Nicole the situation & she was very rude to me & did not even apologize for the inconvenience after i told her this is my second time having to deal with a situation at this location like this. I told her my app was already scanned outside for my free large fry & she kept telling me it was never scanned. So basically i’m just lying about the free large fry? Very unprofessional customer service. I will never come back to this location again. Nobody pays attention to the orders, they act very clueless & get very argumentative for no...

The food was great and came in a timely manner. As always, the employees were friendly and ended every conversation with "It's a pleasure to serve you." When I wanted more sauce, they gladly gave more, unlike other places who charge extra or frown.
The food as usual, was also great. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to deliver the food and how accurate their system of cups to find people is. My favorite here is the spicy chicken sandwich. If I am feeling unhealthy, I will opt for the deluxe. If I am feeling healthy, I opt for the grilled chicken sandwich. You cannot go wrong with any. The french fries are a great add on to the sandwiches. If you feel bold, try placing some inside the sandwich.
A lot of people overlook the sauce options at Chick-fil-A. There is such a wide variety from ranch, honey mustard, barbecue, buffalo, Polynesian, honey roasted mustard, and lastly the Chick-fil-A sauce. The employees will not hesitate to give you one of each so feel free to experiment.
My favorite drink at this place is the lemonade. It is always made fresh and great tasting. The trick is to ask for less or no ice because they usually fill more than half the cup with ice.
Unbeatable service. Great food. Nice environment. What else could I...
Read moreLet me explain what happened. We went to Chick-fil-A around 9:40 p.m. and parked in the curbside area while waiting for my wife to arrive. We placed a big order — a 30-count nugget tray, large fries, and a large drink. I was there with my three boys, and we all shared the drink, which was sweet tea and lemonade. At around 10:03 p.m., I told my 9-year-old son to go ask for a refill. Why? Because there were still two cars in the drive-thru lane. It’s not like the store had completely closed — the side door was still open, and they were still actively serving people. My son was polite. He didn’t interrupt anyone or cut in line. He waited patiently for the two cars to pass. Then he walked up and asked the staff member near the door, “Can I have a refill?” The response? “We already closed.” And they shut the door in his face. I told my wife — honestly, I could expect that kind of treatment from McDonald’s or some other fast food place. But from Chick-fil-A? A brand that prides itself on politeness and customer service? I couldn’t believe it.
The staff were still working inside. It wasn’t like they had locked up and gone home. All it would’ve taken was two seconds of kindness to say, “Sure, here’s your refill,” instead of shutting the door on a child’s face over a few minutes past closing.
That felt incredibly unprofessional. I’m honestly very...
