This was going to be my first time trying this place and I was trying to order my food over the phone but she couldn't understand what i was asking for so i tried to talk slower and explain what i wanted done to the wings (SIMPLE!!! mix 2 flavors together). She began to get rude with me and said i can call back when i know what i wanted and that they were busy. For starters she took me off of "hold", she could have kept me waiting but since she answered i figured i can finally order plus i called to see if they can mix sauces she said yes and then when i ordered that she said i was being complicated and that she didn't want to take my order. She proceeded to call me rude after i tried to explain what i was ordering exactly. She then hung up the phone. I called back to see why she hung up on me and she said i was complicated and she didn't want my order and she was yelling over the phone and i said fine i'll take my business elsewhere and she said we don't need or want your business. Overall i have never tried this place, nor do i want to...
Read moreI admit that I used to love their wings, but eating here is a gamble. Recently as they have become more busy, I have gotten food from them on occasion that was very undercooked--literally pink on the inside with red veins. I stopped going for a while but recently decided to give them another chance since I was in the area. And to no surprise--the wings were undercooked. Literally yanking my plate back and forth like two toddlers fighting over a toy. Finally one overpowered the other and tossed my plate onto the counter telling me to throw it away--while the other unenthusiastically said they would make another one. After refusing to refund, they reluctantly said they would re-do it but obviously after that display I decided best not to eat it and just called my bank instead . Will...
Read moreI used to love eating at J Buffalo 20 years ago on MLK. They were great in Tucker as well. But this location was awful. I was served broken chicken, my fried rice was more like stir fry. I ordered house fried rice, they used Philly cheesesteak meat for “beef”, grilled chunks of chicken seasoned with season salt, and 3 old frozen not deveined shrimp.
I was really looking forward to my food and it really disappointed. I actually was originally headed to Touchdown Wings but passed J Buffalo first and it brought back memories. Big mistake. I hate leaving unfavorable reviews, but I would’ve given them a -12 if I could.
It was really bad, and I feel like they think they can get away with serving bad food because of the location and area of...
