I've been here a million times with an average spend of about $25/weekly since I first discovered it in early 2021. Love the concept so I knew it was likely to be good and it turned out to exceed expectations. The availability of veggies with good tasting beef or spicy pork and array of toppings and sauces is not only satisfying but always leaves me full and provides great value, I think they could and should charge more to be honest. Incredbowl is a nice reprieve from getting another fast casual place such as Chipotle.

The customer service is always good and staff is very friendly. One thing that really stands out is that they always seem adequately staffed or overstaffed at times as opposed to many other places that choose to penny pinch or pay low wages to the point where they are short staffed and consequently super slow. To me this means the ownership is willing to invest money in their workforce and customer experience and it fosters a really positive feedback cycle for repeat customers knowing that lines will be short and efficient. You can tell the owners know what they are doing and are in it for the long haul to be a pillar in the local food scene. One thing I'd like to suggest is for the staff to always write on the lid by default for people getting multiple to-go orders because every bowl looks the same and it's hard to keep track which is which since the tops are almost always layered with veggies and sauces, but for that to happen the cashier person would have to know what the beginning of line staff knows so I don't know how you would make that work efficiently,...

I went today and the food was amazing but the staff was not so much. When i walked in no one greeted me, it was my first time eating here so i wasnt sure what I wanted or what was good. I guided myself through the process which was fine but I asked for 4 potatoes because I wasnt sure if I would like them. Once I ate i decided that I really liked the potatoes. Once I come in for the second time i was once again not greeted and the woman seen me standing there for about 5 minutes while she stood and did nothing. Finally the boy who took my order the first time came and I asked him if I can just my normal portion of potatoes. Now the woman finally decides to speak but she is very rude and trying to charge me extra for my normal portion that i wouldve got. I explained to her how it was my first time eating here and only asked for a few. She was still rude but let the boy give me some in a small container. great food but terrible...

First time here and I love the fact that you can fully customize your bowl. They have several different kinds of bases: rice, glass noodles, and such, then proteins: chicken, beef bulgogi, spicy pork, and more. You can add whatever kind of sauces and veggies you want. I will warn that the chicken was not seasoned but it's GF so that was why. The pork dumplings were alright. A little bland without the dipping sauce. Overall, fairly good food but a little over priced. The staff were friendly and helpful. The ordering process was easy. They are helpful in offering suggestions of you don't know what to combine. The shop itself has lots of seating, very bright and clean. It was a pleasant place to sit and eat in peace. First time I've ever been to a Korean place playing Christian acoustic gospel music. Not sure how to feel about that...but yes I would come...

The first date I ever took my wife (then penpal) on was to a bibimbap house in Davis, CA, and since moving to Georgia, we've never found a place that could recapture the fun and delicious atmosphere of that night. Incredbowl is a clean, simple, and elegant ode to the authentic experience of Cali Korean cuisine and Love that filled that first meeting with my one and only. The menu is a perfect entry way for hapa's like myself, who are taking their first steps in exploration of their Korean heritage, but it's also a pleasure to an expert palate like my Seoul-born wife. Wherever you are, take a few minutes and grab a bite of some yummy food and relax in the kind atmosphere of Incredbowl alongside some of the nicest staff I've ever met.

Love this place! It's like a Chipotle but for noodles and no belly issues after!! A generous portion with 6 different sauce options! It has meat options and yubu, which is a vegan option. I absolutely love how colorful the bowl is! The prices are reasonable as well, most of them under $10! The food is delicious! You can get delivery and carry out. The place is closed on Sunday though, just in case you were craving a rice bowl! We came here at 530 on a Thursday and it was not crowded at all. The place looks very clean and they even have water cups. Took us about 15 minutes to wait in line, order and pay! Very quick service! I would definitely recommend coming here, but forewarned, the parking is terrible!
