New China Restaurant (Sugarloaf pkwy) — Restaurant in Georgia

I tried to get the restaurant to send the missing item to complete my meal. They were rude and kept saying she is busy she will call me back or call Uber. After a Uber restaurant rep called me she said is it ok that the call is recorded ; I said yes then proceeded to say there is nothing she can do because the restaurant say they placed it in bag then the call was immediately disconnected.( my bag was not tampered with; it just wasn’t there) So now I call back restaurant and she said the driver must forgot to give to me. It’s the blame game. I’m over trying to order Chinese food via your app. It have been a bad experience both times. You can check my account and other businesses food is hot delicious and not ever an issue when I order. I hate I tipped the driver in cash as I don’t know who or what to believe. We have been eating here for about 10 years at least once a month. It is a small place seating about 30 or so people in a super clean, table cloths and good comfortable seating.

The staff is super attentive and it is located in a peacefully quiet and safe eating location. The food is fantastic and constantly cooked meal after meal. The Egg Rolls, fried rice and other fried foods are never greasy. The Egg Drop soup is always hot and just thick enough. Their in-house Hot Mustard is spicy hot, and their sweet & sour and duck sauces are perfect.

Their usual large servings allow for extras to be taken home shared with other family.

Sue, her sister and her Husband are great people and remember faces, names and orders. Even though we now live 155+ miles South of their place and closer to Augusta GA, we still visit them as we can for a great meal. We wish they would open a 2nd location closer to us in...

I really don't understand how this place has 4+ stars! My review is based on one visit only. I order general tso chicken on Friday night 5/19. This is the worst general tso chicken I ever had. Why is the chicken so soft? Fried chicken should not be soft. It should be crsipy or at least a crunch of some sort. This was like boiled chicken. Its like they fried the chicken and then put it in the steamer. The sauce was watery as well. They put the general tso in a separate contanier from the rice layed in this order from botton to top.
