I came through with my children after a fun day at the spray ground. My kids earned money from their uncle for doing an awesome job in school this year and wanted to spend their earnings on chick-fil-a for dinner. Their total cash together was $43 after I counted it out in front of him but the order came to $47.04 and my cash pouch was buried in the trunk with our swim clothes/gear. I asked if I could just pay the remainder with my card and the young man who took our order said no problem and that we could cash out at the pick up point ahead. When we get to the window/door the young lady took the cash and my card and asked another young lady who I assume was a manager, how to do a split payment on the register. She then returned stating the machine was out of paper and that she couldn’t provide a receipt. I didn’t make a fuss and waited for our order. We pulled off and a few minutes up the road discovered that we were missing a fry to a meal. We live about 30-40 minutes away so I turned around grateful we didn’t get home and discover the mistake. Thankfully I was able to use the informal receipt sticker on the outside of the bag to prove my order when I went in. While waiting for the fry I asked for a formal receipt because I collect points in the app and explained what the young lady said in the drive thru. When we returned home a transaction notification went off for a charge of $24.04 from Chick-fil-a. This couldn’t be because I handed the young lady in the drive thru $43 in cash. I called because they were still open and a young man named Diego answered the phone. I explained to him what happened and after taking my receipt information ( thank goodness I asked for it when they messed up my order and had to go in the store) he located the order and inquired with his team about the transaction. He informed me that the manager (Jenna) stated she counted $23 for sure. I explained that this wasn’t possible and that it was counted in front of the other employee who actually took the cash and that the manager came over afterwards when the employee couldn’t process the transaction. I asked if someone could check after they closed because the till would certainly show an overage of $20, I worked retail and fast food in college and this is how store managers addressed it and prevented issues with nightly deposits. He stated even if they did that they couldn’t just “give me my money back”, it had to go through a different department with an individual by the name of Heather. He said I would hear from someone the next day. I never heard from anyone and it’s just disappointing that this happened because otherwise my experience has always been pleasant at this location. I hope wherever my kids cash went it blessed someone. Moving forward I will request a receipt from the front register if they’re out at the drive thru to prevent this if we decide to...
Read moreHORRIBLE!! They’ve consistently served me SOUR TEA over the last 2 weeks. I’ve eaten the cost so far but this is ridiculous. I ordered via the app and had it delivered through door dash. So no way to get a refund through either one. Buyer beware of THAT little trick. So once I discovered my 3 hour tea sitting in my fridge is bad, I called the store for hours but they never answered. Straight to a machine. Expecting they’re busy I drive the 10 minutes there but no, it’s slow and employees and managers are sitting around laughing and eating. Get there and thry said they’ve received no calls. Yeah that’s what happens when the bosses don’t want to work I guess they take it off the hook. The manager in charge today (Abby) is incompetent, rude and doesn’t care about her customers, her literal job or anyones health as she has her mask around her chin even after I told her I had cancer. She insisted she “just has bronchitis” as she coughed all over my order and probably YOURS TOO! She refused to remake the tea and refused to refund the money I paid. Apparently they serve “fresh food” until it leaves their threshold and then if you discover it’s bad, that’s your problem. It didn’t magically become bad on the other side of that door, nor in the 10 minutes to get to my house. And I’ve never seen fresh made tea go bad sitting in a fridge for 3 hours. The Cares Corporate number she kept insisting I call does nothing but “let the local store know” so that’s worthless. If you order through the app you can’t request a refund. If you get it delivered via doordash you can’t request a refund. This is a literal health code violation and THEY JUST DONT CARE. She refused to give me the owner or general managers name and walked away, taking MY ORDER WITH HER. So no money, no tea, and some serious issues with Chic Fil A! DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY....
Read moreI visited this location on 4/20/24 around 0610, prior to coaching an all day tournament in Jonesboro. I got to the event, took out my food and this is what my English muffin looked like. Why would anyone serve this EXTREMELY burnt English muffin to anyone??? My daughter had put the jelly on it for me while I was coaching. Afterwards, I thought that I was ready to eat. When I saw it, I was furious as I was hungry and could not leave to go get more food. I eat my food together, so I didn’t even open the hashbrowns. I called the restaurant and Lauren offered for me to come back in or she could give me the number to Chic Fil A cares. I called, but they weren’t open. I called the restaurant back and the older manager told me that sometimes the grill burns the food. I didn’t respond. Then she said that wasn’t an excuse and they must have missed it. There’s no way that anyone didn’t see this burnt muffin! She offered to give my information to someone to put enough points to cover the Egg white grill on the app for redemption. I said that they needed to cover the entire combo. Honestly, they should have covered my entire check including my chicken biscuit meal because I didn’t have any food until 6 hours later. I’m not sure if the points are on there or not. However, I showed this to around 25 people at the tournament who all said that they’d NEVER seen anything like this served especially at a Chic-Fil-A. I’m highly disappointed!
