China Star — Restaurant in Georgia

The food is actually okay but the lady in the front has a nasty attitude towards everyone that comes in. I have seen her being rude on more than one occasion and thought maybe she was experienced a rude customer but now I know its just her. Today, I ordered braised wings with sauce on the side because I hate soggy wings but when I get there I noticed that she charged me a $1 for the sauce on the side. But I just let it go. I get all the way home and noticed that they put the sauce on my wings and she charged me extra for sauce. She had the nerve to be mad at me and not be apologetic about my order being wrong when I called to let them know I wanted my wings bare with sauce on the side. I went to pick my new wings up and she did not apologize or speak. She just fixed my order and slick slammed my plate down. Customer Service --- they are rude and show obvious disrespect for the comsumers they serve.After receiving a wrong pick up order that the business acknowledged they handled and filled incorrectly, they refused to refund the card or provide rain check to pick up correct order on next visit. They wanted us to drive all the way back to the business to return the wrong food and offered to give us 2 free egg rolls for our inconvenience. Even after we explained that was not only inconvenient but irrational considering they would have to, by law, throw the food they gave us away anyway. STAY AWAY!!! Recently went to order a meal, the lady at the front was very rude when I changed my order right after I ordered even before it was sent to the back. She was very unpleasant and had a nasty attitude, I had an uneasy feeling that she would try something funny with the food so after stepping away from the view of the kitchen I went back to the register and I caught her and her cook messing with the food I ordered! I questioned her if that was my food, she denied at first then said I can stand there and watch them cook me another plate!! I WAS DONE, I COULD NOT EAT ANYTHING ELSE FROM THERE.
